Reznik groaned slightly. His back ached so badly, he could have swarn that the creature that had ripped out his spine in the nightmare he was having had actually done so. Eyes still closed he reached back with a white paw to pet along his back, just to make sure. When he felt the long bumpy feel of the bones jutting out slightly he felt a slight wave of relief wash over him. It have become increasingly more difficult to tell the difference between his dreams (or rahter nightmares) and the real world with it's growing number of disturbing hallucinations. She let a sigh out through his feline nose and went to place his forearm under his heavy head again. It was then that he heard a small crumpling sound. A confused expression washed over his face. He opened his eyes half-lidded, and noticed a yellowed piece of parchment between his front two paws. His eyes widened slightly. What in the world was this? Someone could have woken him up if they needed to tell him something. He wondered if maybe it was a note from his brother Nio, he would be the only one curtious enough in his mind not to wake him up. Flipping the paper over, his gaze shifted slightly. He shivered. What was the meaning of this? He searched frantically around for any sign of anyone, but chillingly found no one. Who was playing with him? What was this even suppose to mean? He growled slightly. This was not good, not good at all. The little youngling laying on the marbel floors of the theatre suddenly found energy enough to sit up, looking and studying this note carefully. The questions just kept coming, but there were no answers. He snarled. How could one piece of paper send him into such a tizy? He growled at his weakness. He wouldn't be bothered with it anymore. He slashed at it with his paws, ripping it up to the point where no one would be able to put it back together. He swiped it away, letting the little pieces of paper liter the beautiful floors. Reznik was far from happy. Reznikuj: 12

A noisy racket disturbed her from somewhere above. Having been born so recently, Jiaro had let her litter stay in the theatre as well as the two new recent ones. Her curiosity was something inherited from both parents, it was a thirst for knowledge as much as it was a devious want to know the intentions and activities of others, whenever possible. A mistress of mischief, she knew just how to let herself go unnoticed, and how to sneak past/into the most unsneakable. Those skills might just come in handy tonight. She crept along silently, cautious for the sound of any other of her siblings, for she was aware that some of them were much more ferocious than herself. Though she had to admit, having a dominant sin of Malice made her a tough one to toy with, especially doubling on her Annihilation bloodlines from Jiaro. But tonight her desires of torture and terror were satiated, and a desire which fed her curiosity led her silently up a small flight of very open stairs. Yet even in the revealing light she was nothing more than a shadow. There was rustling from behind a door, one of Jiaro's offspring left to himself, which meant he had to be at least a Director, if not Puppet Master, to be allowed such privacy. Feeling all the more impish, she decided to let herself in, fully aware that she was still in her nightclothes... which of course consisted of lingerie, and lingerie only. She liked to look impressive even when she didn't know others were watching. Someday perhaps she'd have a body like some of the other marionettes she'd seen to really show off. For now, there was just a developing promise of what could be. A beautiful marionette, she'd inherited the common Jiaro offsping ebony hair, but with streaks of red from her mother. Gold markings decorated her body with red accents here and there, glittering in the light and showing off the facade of body paint. The skin was bronzed, but lighter than Siyaebi's children, and with more of a honey tint. Bright, vlue-violet eyes peeked about curiously as she entered the room, her hands on her hips as she discovered the cause of the ruckus. "Something wrong? That's a lot of noise to be making at such late hours for no reason..." [Arharharhar what a whore XD]

Reznik being of the personality he was, could not help but stare at his young sister as she came into view. Her young frame was still growing, and the lingerie she wore aged her slightly, though one could clearly see she had a little more growing to do before she could really fill into that type of clothing. At least, this is was Reznik saw in his older half-sibling. He cursed silently, finding himself unable to avoid staring at her crotch in his still tired state. Snorting he looked away with a smirk. "I'm absolutely sure it's none of your buisness." he waved a paw indicating for her to leave him alone, "Why don't you get back to whoring yourself out and leave me to my sleep."
His grin grew. He loved letting people know of his disintrest. True, sex was on the brain, and he would be more then happy to jump her bones and make her scream with pleasure, even at this young an age, but it would be on his time...when he wanted to. It felt to him she was being far to forward for his tastes at the moment. It was also true, however, that if she intrigued him enough she would be more then welcome to stay. He was far to disturbed to really think about sex at the moment though, while the possiblity screamed at him. The questions still poured in from the piece of paper now scattered all over the floor, and he regreted ripping it up slightly.
A question then came to mind, had she seen anyone enter the building and leave? Maybe she herself put the note there...He snorted a little, angered by the thought and turned to look at her again, smirk lingering but his eyes angry. "Well? What are you waiting for? Get the hell out of here!" his tail twitched in characteristic agitation.

[it's alright! Mine will probably get shorter and shorter X3]
She caught his roving eyes and raised a brow curiously. They were related and all, but she liked to be admired, and he was rather handsome, even in his agitated state. Perhaps that was all the more alluring. He seemed to have a mind which challenged his age, and the thought both intrigued her and amused her at the same time. He would be interesting when he was older, most certainly. Oh, but it seems he had a temper? Luckily, Vex was too calm and cool to get upset so easily. Too many occasions of being yelled at and getting in trouble for her mischevious ways.
"No, it may not be my business, but perhaps it might help you if it was." A suggestive offer that he might be best off telling her of his woes. For a sly little creature like herself was the perfect partner in a mystery of this kind. Of course, he didn't know that yet. "Whoring myself out? I appreciate you judging me based on my apparel, really, it adds some amusement to my night. I suppose you neglect to remember just what hour it is, and just how annoying it is to struggle into clothing for something which could only take a moment to investigate." She shrugged nonchalantly and walked in further, taking a spot on the floor and yawning, making it obvious that not only was she stubborn and confident, but she was also not going to be eager to go to bed anytime soon.
She wasn't often one to come on strong, rather the opposite in fact, for she felt her insatiable desires would tire one out when the chance came. She liked to know her attention was welcome, and she liked to have her interest sparked. Her entrance was merely for admiration, and now that she'd received it, and quite to her pleasing, she was fine with relaxing. A bit of a tease perhaps.
"You smirk so, much like a mischief maker of my own reputation. This leads me to think that perhaps you're awaiting a more irriated reaction? I tend to not take others seriously until things get physical... take that how you will... because words are only words, are they not?" Now it was her turn to smirk, for her eyes had quickly found the paper on the floor. The end of her comment had been a poke at that, was it this shredded message which bothered him so? She'd soon find out...

"It might help, but perhaps I just don't feel like involving you." His tail flicked before he continued, smirk lasting on his face. If she thought she was getting to him at all, shed be dead wrong. Not assuming this was her intentions, but Reznik, as much as other creatures may not care, cared far less then most. Or at least, if she was annoying him, which at the moment she wasn't really...other for the fact that he just wanted her to leave him alone, he was one to have paitence most of the time. He knew what others wanted by what they said to him, what emotions they wanted to pull out, and he loved to deny them that. "Oh I forget a lot of things, comes with the territory of being part insomnia my dear. I'm most glad you found some sort of amusement, but unfortunatly I really can't say you're bringing any to my own night with your presence."He was adiment about having her leave, and insulting him wasn't going to be the way to interest him enough to let her stay. "Yes, words are only words. But I can't help but notice your annoyance at mine, so maybe words aren't just words for you?" he watched her as she looked at the pieces of paper scattered across the floor, "Unless you plan on throwing them out, I remind you that it might be best for you to keep your nose on your face...and out of my buisness."[bleh >.>; that was a really bad post... ;] Reznikuj: 14

((you guys mind if I join? My girl needs some postage ^^; ) Vex was not the only one of her brood allowed to roam the theatres, or to have the interest to. But Akaesha seldom delved into her curiosity, having sated it before hand with some of her...playthings would be the word? The gilt and ivory of the grand Theatre didn't suit her, she did not know why. Her father was certainly regal enough not to prefer anything else, and her mother attracted not only to power but also to the glamour of gold, shown by her sometime affinity with the Director. But she, hm, the elegance didn't suit her. Too refined, too...neat, clean, pure. She did not like it at all. But tonight she was bored, time to move outside her circle of freaks and pawns and see what the denizens of this regal world could offer her. Something more interesting, to ease that Malice, that sadism that raged full-blown even in her young form... It hadn't been long before she caught the scent and voices of her own blood. Vex she recognized instantly, afterall, she made it a point to make herself familiar with those in her direct brood. Poor torn little puppet Sethe, he had taught her many a lesson, not that she would admit that to him, oh no. That would besmirch her rank. He should be pleased that she even acknowledged his existence. The other scent was unknown to her; she didn't keep up with Jiaro's massive army of children, indeed, only knew a few in passing. She would learn if need be, and tonight might be a necessity, she wanted a bit of fun for once, wanted a bit of blood...okay, not a bit. She was familiar enough with herself to realize her obsessions, and she embraced them. After all, what was Jiaro's brood without their...mm, unique habits? She didn't skulk about the entrance to the room but walked right in, her step slow and liquid over the ground as she observed her two brethren. She smirked lightly, taking in Vex. Of course, the marionette would opt for that appearance. Why not? It was her strong point after all, and she certainly wasn't complaining, it was pleasing on the eye at the least. Now the other boy was certainly impressive, monochrome and...spiky. Only his were a much more graceful curl that the ones that adorned her own shoulders. But that was alright, those weren't there for show. What was more tantalizing to her was the irritation that hung in the air. She was keen to pick up discomfort of any kind, it was the thing she lusted after, needed. Call it a manic obsession, if you'd like, far beyond her to care. It could be her mere presence might serve to magnify that into a full blown rage, and that...well, that would certainly make this a night worthwhile. But she could float on this for a long while. With a languid, whimsical smile she sauntered over to the pair, eyes only vaguely taking in the papers one the floor. Vex was handling that, she supposed. "Am I interrupting anything?" her voice was a soprano sing-song with a dark, almost whimsical undertone. It was different from the slow spun seduction and allure of many of her young companions and the females they frequented. "Good evening Vexi," she added almost as an afterthought, her tone retaining a semblance of wicked innocence. "And you too, whoever you are." She truly had no shame, maybe not in the way of Vexi's seduction but a game all her own. In the end, any irritation, negativity, it only served to please her. This night might not be such a bore after all.

[Just as a warning: I don't know how much I'll be able to continue XD I'm so picky sometimes, my muse is being violently eaten by Reznik interpreting things wrong X3]
She shifted her weight and thought a moment, nodding her head. "Well, that seems so. But would it be wiser to involve me? Sometimes sacrifice is necessary." She shrugged, smiling faintly. He'd come around if he wanted to, and if not, well... there was plenty mischief to be had at such early hours of the morning. Though the curiosity in her compelled her to stay, even if it was just to hear the problem and then leave. At least then, perhaps she could investigate on her own.
Vex wasn't irritated at all, so perhaps this 'irritation' that hung in the air was from Reznik, and he'd been only pretending to be casual. She also wasn't one to look for a reaction in others. She liked to say impish things now and then, but she always left it to the listener to take it as they would. That way, any emotions they felt were of their own doing, and Vex was evermore the innocent.
Shaking her head, and slapping a hand gently to her forehead, she mumbled, "It was a joke.". Well, at least now she knew that any sort of humour would pass over his head, hopefully just for the time being. If Insomnias were really that touchy she'd be very dissapointed. They sounded so fun from things she'd heard.
A noise from the doorway alerted her before the voice came, and she suddenly found her ambition and enjoyment wavering. She could tell by the scent that it was one of her immediate family, and really, being around too many of her own family was just boring. One wasn't too bad, as long as she didn't try and cause trouble. Vex didn't like those situations, mostly because it was her art to get out of them, and one of the main tactics to avoid such things was to leave. Though she didn't really want to.
"Annoyance? Really? You have a strange way of interpreting things." She laughed and shrugged, stretching once, for as beautiful as the floor was, it wasn't the most comfortable. When she was adressed, she merely waved a foot in the direction of the voice (which was perfectly sociable to her), and then responded. "Morning, without the light, I suppose it's not a bad time to be awake."
She yawned and looked at the paper again, wondering just what reaction she'd get from looking at them this time. It was amusing in the fact that she could do so little, and raise so much from this male. "I have a feeling you shredded those with the intention of nobody getting to read it. So, don't worry. It's not like I have super-precise gluing abilities on hand at the moment, lucky you." She smirked again, not knowing if he'd misinterpret her casual joking again, and at this moment, really not caring. The sooner he chilled out and just got to telling her things, the sooner she'd at least get serious. If the situation required it.
[Grah. So. Much. Explaining. XD At least I've got a firm hold on her character. Sorry if it's kind of sucky, mom's been annoying me for about ten minutes now x.x]

(I hope I'm not bothering anyone by entering, but Nio just wouldn't be Rez's lil white shadow if he didn't make an appearance. XD) Nio was sleeping, or attempting to sleep, in a room not far from the one which Reznik, Vexi and Akaesha currently occupied. The pale patchwork shifted restless in his sleep, soft murmurs and whimpers escaping his tightly clenched jaws. The beast of this nightmare had finally caught him, and now it would be a war between the body and the subconscious: to wake from the terror or to continue feeding his mind the precious energy. What it received was meager, pathetic...ruined by the nightmares which haunted his thoughts, but it was something nonetheless. With a sharp whimper, Nio tore himself from the haze of nightmares and back into his weary reality. For a moment his head spun, forcing Nio to realize he had lept to his feet without realizing it. Slowly he balanced himself, focused his sleep deprived mind and gazed around. Alone, as always...no monsters, nor any angels to guard him. Just alone, but that was familiar to him, nothing to fear. Gently he stretched his long limbs, lion-like tail flicking thoughtfully as his sharp canid ears picked up something unusual. Voices? Yes, there were others nearby. Two he didn't know, but there was a soothing familiarity in the one he did know. Rez was awake, and nearby. It wasn't a thought that would've brought many comfort, but it soothed him on so many degrees. Slowly he crept from the room, following the voices until at last he saw a glisten of light from behind a cracked door. Someone had just entered, their voice was much closer than the other two. It was odd, in Nio's perspective, for Rez to be around one living or unmolested stranger, let alone two...something must be going on. Swallowing back his fear of interrupting something he shouldn't be sticking his nose into, Nio slipped into the room with slow, sleepy steps. His hollow gaze quietly took in each stranger until his red-tinted eyes finally fell upon Rez and that low half-smile resurfaced upon his features. He wasn't acquainted with the two females, but he recognized them as one of half-siblings, Sin mixes, but it was Rez that had Nio's attention now. He seemed bothered, displeased at best, though Nio wasn't sure if it was the girls or the paper scattered over the floor. With a tired sigh, Nio strode forward, gaze flicking from Akaesha to Vex. "Good evening ladies... I don't think we're acquainted?" His voice was low, polite for the sake of being polite though it was obvious his interest was elsewhere. "I'm Niokaejmel, Nio for short." The introduction was offhand, and he was honestly gazing at Rez as he finished it. "Is everything all right, Rez?" The young Patchwork paused a few steps from his brother, tail sweeping slowly from side to side. Usually he would have greeted him with a nuzzle or a lick, but for now he'd give Rez his space until he better understood his brother's current mood. Niokaejmel: 8
