Lyra watched MaKaeJa shift so that he was laying, head upon his paws. The poor Cannibal appeared tired. Smiling in her usual sweet way she tilted her gaze to Malice.
"Of course I do."
She giggled happily and then sat down beside MaKaeJa, making sure her dress didn't get too dirty while she was kneeling upon the cobblestones. Quietly she began to stroke the canid Euclide. Kujien didn't like physical contact much, but MaKaeJa didn't have Kujien's stubborn pride.
Kujien glanced toward Lyra and the Cannibal, eyes narrowed momentarily before his frame relaxed once more. He was overprotective of the child, but he had good reason to: most would eat her sooner than look at her.
Slowly his attention was trained back onto Malice.
"I imagine you'd be quite an unnerving sight to those pathetic creatures." Kujien spoke as if he hadn't adopted himself a human child, contempt in his tone and in his hollow eyes. "You won't find many humans courageous enough to brave things that are unknown to them...especially one that could be either Lycanthrope or Euclides."

MaKeaJa didn't mind Lyra's petting, he had be mistaken for a big dog before by the humans and sometimes petted. that was sometimes his way of killing them, act like a poor dog with a broken leg in the allies then attack as they where close. it was pretty effective, humans being the ones to sympathize with hurt puppies and dogs.
the sun was inching to alittle lower and so was the awake state of the cannibal. but he didn't sucome to it and kept alert.

The large dog like creature soon felt the need to sit down, and so he sat on the ground with his legs crossed. He didn't care if his clothing got dirty they could always be cleaned anyways so it never bothered him one bit. His ears perked forward to hear the two Euclides better if they spoke. Malice couldn't help but chuckle after hearing what Kujien said and just nodded "You have that right, I barely have to do anything to make them run to the next city. For that reason they see me as a werewolf."
He rolled his brown eyes slightly still chuckling a little then looked back at him "Yes only those who are more so young won't be as afraid as the elders it seems" he shrugged it off a little bit and watched as Lyra petted MaKeaJa for a few minutes before looking around

Lyra continued to stroke MaKaeJa, humming now as she had been earlier. For a human, she was quite the well-trained Marionette.
Kujien's empty gaze remained focused on Malice, allowing only a small portion of his interest to linger on MaKaeJa. Is the Cannibal attempted any harm on his pet, he would be torn to pieces, but Kujien didn't bother to mention this.
"Truer still. Foolishly naive, the young." His mind filtered to the Poison Canine he had so recently conversed with. What was it that she'd said? She was young, it was all the others who were old? A deep chuckle, empty mirth which paused quickly. "Lyra's been exposed to more demons than many a living soul. Her tolerance is quite understandable."
Kujien momentarily removed his gaze from Malice, gazing at the array of colors that created the sunset sky. The sun's descent was a welcome sight, for Kujien was more of a nocturnal beast than anything, but it also meant it would be best to return Lyra to the Theatre.

he licked his chops, now hungry. no outher humans where out. such a shame. his head scanned around the square for something soutable. maybe an ally rat. prehaps. he thought. then he looked up. Malice, where do you live? are you just passing through? he asked.

Malice heard what Kujien said and nodded somewhat smiling "Yes very true, but Lyra is very brave if she walks up to anyone. She definitely has a mind of her own doesn't she?" she just smiled and glanced over to where she sat.
His ears perked forward somewhat as he heard MakeaJa's question "Well I only travel, its not wise for me to stay in one place for to long you know" he slightly sighed and looked up towards the sky "Humans start to get more brave once I been at a certain place for to long, and then they try to kill me" he gave a small shrug and looked down back at the two Euclides.

Absently the little china doll of a girl noticed MaKaeJa licking his maw and wondered if perhaps it was best to stop stroking the puppy. After all, Kujien had warned her that other Euclide might try and eat her sometime. However, the notice of MaKaeJa's hunger was swiftly driven from her mind at Malice's words.
Grinning brightly, glad to be considered brave, Lyra decided to continue petting her new friend. Though, the smile faded at Malice's comment to the Canine.
"They'd want to kill you? Why's that? You're really nice...nicer than a lot of the humans."
Kujien glanced at his young charge, and then at the Cannibal she was petting. A slight flick of his tail, but he didn't say anything. Lyra had asked Malice a question and Kujien was not one to interrupt unless his commentary was needed.

he thought about what Malice said. then said humans don't trust anything they think is frighten or new he said snorting at the idea of them. he then lightened up. forgive them, they aren't the wistest of understanding species he siad sighing. then paused.
with some consideration he said. they won't bother you if you have euclides around. he said knowing how frighten humans could be with euclides. he wagged his tail at the china doll his body language saying he wasn't even considering to eat her. he wasn't sure if she could read the silent code. but being with Kujien for 2 years she should've been.

He had glanced over at Lyra and just smiled, his ears twitched letting MaKeaja speak what he wanted to speak and nodded. "Yeah your right, humans are afraid and they think I am a threat to them. For they are not sure if I am a werewolf or what so when they see I never attack they think they can kill me though I prove them wrong afterwards." he chuckled and then glanced around "Well that is nice to know" he really didn't want to deal with running from humans anytime soon , so he was glad they two Euclides were around.
"It can be strange to think about it, on how humans can be so scared of certain things" he had just said off the top of his head not relaly having any meaning to what he said.

he looked down and shoke his head. there way to judgie. one day something big seemingly dangerious. next day a whole town corruption. he said thinking of all the panic and chuckling at that. then he thought of what next. so maybe you should settle round here? he siad already having a good home for him in his mind.

Lyra smiled in her lovely way, reading the body signs with perfect ease. After all, Kujien had told her it was far more helpful to be able to hear with your eyes than your ears.
"The bold ones will."
She said simply, thinking of a good many times when she had been approached even with Kujien standing behind her. Terrified those humans had been, but their drive to save her had overridden their fear. Determination to defend against what they thought to be evil would give them the same drive.
The comment was a strange one, giving her the strange appearance of knowing more than she should. Then the sweet little smile graced her rose petal lips and she was all innocence again.
Kujien chuckled.
"Humans fear what they don't understand. It's a foolish survival method that typically saves their pathetic hides."
His hollow eyes alighted upon his 'pet' and he grinned his common, venomous grin.
"Primitive, their fear...but useful at times."
Lyra giggled. "Unless they use their fear to try and kill you, instead of playing smart and just avoiding you."
Kujien shook his head, smile momentarily losing its venomous edge before his gaze flicked to Malice, curious to see if the anthro would decide to linger.

MaKeaJa smiled at the smart child. she had obviliously been raised well by the poisen.
yes I guess it does saves them at time. he said with some thought. he looked back at Lyra. yes, much smarter than most humans. even for a 10ish year old.

Malice chuckled hearing the young girls comment just surprised that she was that smart. His brown eyes then glanced at Kujien and then over at MaKaeJa. He thought for a while of what MakaeJa had asked "I am not sure what I will do, I tend to travel around a lot more then stay in one place. I guess I just want to search the world to see if there is by any chance someone else out their like me or somewhat like me you know. It can get very lonely when you as of now know your the only one to exsist know what I mean?" he glanced up towards the sky once more with a soft dogish like smile.

Lyra smiled, and then faltered. What was it that Akinoju had told her once? He was such a thoughtful bunny...oh yes.
"You're never the only one of your sort. To exist, others of your type must exist as well."
The china doll nodded, grinning with self-pride.
"So...your mummy or your daddy had to have been the same as you. Or maybe a brother or sister?"
Kujien smiled at his charge, fascinated by her ability to absorb information. A beautiful, autodidact, little doll. Rare even among humans, of course she had taken fascination to Akinoju's obsessive observations of others.
"I imagine it would be." Whether or not this was a lie was hard to tell,. As it was, seeing actual emotions in Kujien was rarer than stumbling over an anthromorphic brother to Malice. "But my little doll is quite correct. There's most likely another of your sort out there, you're just not likely to find one in this city."

MaKeaJa looked up at Lyra. it was certinley true. there -must- have been one of him out there. he nodded at her and smiled.
he didn't say anything, nor do much else. just sat there and watched. at the corner of his eye however he say a human. with a pitch fork in his hand. he got up slowly and watched the human as he wandered in the shadows, he looked detirmend to kill Malice.
