He listened as the Merry-go-rounds annoying music drifted through the air. He was usually such a cheery fellow, but something about today made is fur crawl. Every little sounds set him on edge making him snarl and snap for no reason. He sat silently and watched the contraption go round and round until he thought his head wouls fall off. It sickened him and for no good reason that he could think of. All the happiness made him want to vomit. This was highly unlike him. Usually happy to see others enjoying themselves, something was off today. . .but what. He settled himself down in the shade of a nearby tree and tried to drown out the sounds around him with pleasent thoughts, but none would come. Maybe he just needed more sleep. He tried to drift off into his own little sleep filled world, hopeing that he would feel better when he woke up.

Ibeya-ri sat optimistically on a patch of grass, far away from these goings-on in the other side of the park. She was gleeful, at least, that the day seemed to be increasingly bright, and there was no reason whatsoever that an opressive cloud of forebodence should hang heavy over her... Ibeya shook her head, and, suddenly, her ears stood up sharply, as though radiating in the sounds she had heard. Something...like..music? The endless calliope danced up and down in her mind, and, before she knew it, she found herself wandering, to an area of the park which she had never visited...

Myst tossed and turned in the shade of the tree. He just couldn't seem to find a comfortable spot and that racket that the merry-go-round was making was causing his brain to hurt. He flopped over into his back and attempted to cover his ears with his arms and get comfortable at the same time.
He stared at the back of his eyelids and could make out the light and dark of the sun shining through the leaves of the tree, and it annoyed him. He rolled over on his stomach and covered his head with his arms. A bit better, but he could still hear the music ever so faintly in the distance. Maybe it was quiet enough to let him sleep.

Running swiftly, as though her feet were rolling over the ground, Ibeya followed the sound that echoed softly in her ears.
Something appealed to her about the music. As though something was waiting for her, Ibeya-ri, calling to her from across the park...
Stiffly, she stepped into the clearing, beholding the merry-go-round with a childish wonder. To her eyes, it was beautiful, the esscence of innocent times, bringing back memories of a happier life...
As she took in the sight and sound of what lay before her, Ibeya felt as though she were being hypnotized, by the music. The swift movements of the merry-go-round began to affect her head, which was now reeling in dizzy stupor.
I have to move, she thought, silently, as her legs felt weakened, and she collapsed onto the warm grass of the park.

Myst sighed and rolled over again, huffing in annoyance. If it wasn't for the cursed marry-go-round he would be sound asleep by now. Of course there was always the option of moving, but he just didn't want to do that.
He tought he heard a soft thud somewhere near him, but pushed it off as his imagination. He looked through the grass and glared at the infernal merry-go-round in what seemed to be constant motion.

Ibeya barely noticed the other Amuni in the glade, as the sudden bout of drowsiness overcame her.
Foolish, she chided herself, angrily. It was the second time it had happened in a few weeks, as the Mix had a strange tendency to become weakened by music.
Moaning slightly, she forced herself up onto her legs, glaring at the source of the music.
Her eyes wandered aimlessly, across the grass, which now, looked extremely appealing.. Within a moment, however, she noticed that she was not the only one in the clearing. Noticing the other Amuni kept her mind off the music for a moment.. Hello?

Myst continued to glare at the merry-go-round, secretly plotting it's doom. He shook his head and laid it on his paws, grumbleing under his breath. The sound of someone else in the vacinity came back to him, but he brushed it off a second time.
He sat up and tilted his head to the right, ears perked. Maybe he could disable the speaker. He continued on that train of thought until he heard someone speak. He jumped a bit and looked around. He spotted the other Amuni a little ways off. Great, he thought, Another annoyance. He stood and bowed his head, haveing been brought up to be respectful to others. Hello. he said before turning back the the noise contraption.

Ibeya's eyes pricked up urgently, as she noticed the male Amuni's eyes turning in her direction. Suspiciously, the merry-go-round turned as annoyingly as ever. The sounds bounced across the center of her mind..
Rather embarrassed, Ibeya gestured to the contraption, which continued to hum.
You wouldn't happen to know how to turn it off? What a ridiculous question, she chided herself a moment later.

Myst shook his head. I was just trying to figure that out myaelf. he said, taking a quick glance at her. The female was appealing enough, but look weren't everything. Knowing his luck, she would be the annoying chatty type. He turned his attention back to the merry-go-round, almost getting sick just watching it. I think it is just there to put me in a fouler mood than the one I was already in. he said to no one in particular.
