Xalbikae dragged herself out from her isolation. She had just woken up and the pain was not intense as it usually was, yet. Her steps were slow and her paws dragged the ground a bit, giving her the appearance of either being to weak, or tired to lift her limbs properly, or just lacking any motivation to do so, the latter being correct. She did, however, manage to keep her tail up off the ground, no need to be completely hopeless, although she didn't know why she still cared about anything. She gazed about at the copse, taking in all its beauty and liveliness without a shift in her gloomy expression, only jealousy stirred briefly within her heart. Everything here seemed happy, seemed to actually be living, something she could only dream of. For this a sigh escaped her maw and she continued on, nose twitching as she caught the whiff of something that certainly couldn't be living anymore, or wouldn't be for much longer. Auditories made a half hearted rise as she followed her nose to the source of that wonderful scent. It was a rather large rat that looked as if some sort of stray animal those humans kept as pets had gotten it. It was dead, that was certain, but the blood had yet to fully clot yet, so it couldn't have been this way for long. She lowered her head and picked the creature up in her jaws, trotting almost merrily to a stone of the large variety that she'd spied before. Upon reaching said stone, she dropped the carcass and went into a violent coughing fit. Each cough racked her entire body for a few moments before a final one resulted in the expulsion of some of her own blood, mixed with mucous which made a small puddle on the ground between her paws. It took her awhile to catch her breathe but when she did she proceeded to tear the rat open, it's crimson life blood spilling out beneath her paws. She dipped a toe in the rodent’s blood and lifted it to the rock and began to paint, choosing the paint the scenery before her, to taint it in her mind. She continued t do this, dipping her paw into the puddle every time she needed a bit more 'paint'.

She had been merrily trotting about the copse when her stroll was interrupted by a hoarse coughing fit. Not of her own, but of someone else's. And after a small investigation, Serbiqui came to find another painting on a stone, her art drawn with the blood of a rat. She approached the Euclides quietly, as if on a hunt. And once she was jsut behind the creature her mouth opened. "Hi!" She said in the most delightful voice she could muster. "I'm Serbiqui, who are you?" She smiled, her mind wander from the introduction to the stone with the rat's blood, and before the Euclide could react to her first question, she was already asking a second. "Whacha doin?" She bounced with excitement, she finally had someone to chat with. "Can I help?" The Insanity was indeed older than she acted. Most Insanities have strange quirks, and she was blessed with the immature mind of a six year old. She was bond to annoy this Euclides, as she annoyed so many others. The only one who was willing to put up with her childish manner was her Puppet Master, and she only kept her around because she was found to be amusing.

Xal was finishing up her 'masterpiece' when a voice sounded from behind her. Now, one of the few things she -could- feel to a varying degree was fear, and if a sudden voice coming from behind you when you thought you were alone didn't scare you well... you just weren't normal. The canine puppeteer jumped to her paws, her fur bristling and the beginnings of a growl surfaced, but that was the extent of her scariness as another violent coughing fit occurred, resulting in another small puddle of mucousy blood at her paws. She wasn't exactly one that appealed to many others with that little 'talent' she had there.
She shook out her fur and peered up at the insanity, catching her questions and such now instead of before. She decided she'd just answer everything in one string and save herself another fit for the present moment so auditories lifted themselves slightly, almost to a relaxed position, and a quiet monotone string escaped her maw. "Xalbikae, painting, and no, I've finished up already. I doubt you'd want to help anyhow."
As the adrenaline began to drain from her veins, she felt her own eternal hell slowly return, worse then before now, it was always that way, scare it off with a strong emotion, and it returns 3 fold. With this thought cataloged in her mind, she rose to all fours with a barely audible groan, she preferred to bury the pain as much as possible around others, why make them suffer along with you? Oh what a wonderful life those of the Agony persuasion live ...

She giggled by the canine's reaction. She loved surprising people, but she was taken aback by the growl. She didn't want to scare the creature, just surprise.
Serbi made a face of disgust after the Agony's coughinf fit. "Eww," she said in a voice much like that of a chipmunk. "Oh, it's done?" she stared at the bloody rock, trying to make out what it might be. She never did have an eye for art, what kind of six year old did? "I woulda helped!" She tucked her chin to her neck and kept her lip pressed tightly together, attempting to look upset. "I happen to be very good at drawing." This was, of coarse, a lie. However, she does believe her art work to be more talentful and spectacular above every one's.
"Ohh, let's play a game!" Her childish face was now aglow with a grin, and the Canine's puddle of mucus had already left her mind. Playing was just about all she could ever think to do. She didn't make the greatest of listeners, and she most certainly couldn't hold a conversation for long. Play was about all she knew.

Those coughing fits always took a bit out of her and this was shown by a droop of her ears. She kept her eyes on the insanity as she spoke, being the courteous listener. This one was so hard to follow; then again, insanitys didn't really have all the lights on upstairs. And ear twitched foreword when she adopted a rather pouty look, the other twitched foreword at the comment that directly followed the look. "It's all I've really got going for me." Her voice was soft, she was trying to avoid another fit so soon after the other.
"Play?" She wasn't exactly sure HOW to play, she'd stopped trying as a youngling due to the fact it caused bad things to happen to her, it was like a bad memory that you just push back and erase because she'd forgotten the meaning of the word. "I'm not sure if I should..."

((sorry it took so long o. )) Obviously dissapointed by the creatures resistance towards play, the Insanity hung her head low. Fake tears fell to the ground, and she sobbed slightly. She'd get the femme to play, she always gets her way, what six year old doesn't? She was just as spoiled and obnoxious as every other youngling. "No one ever plays with me," she said through her forced tears. This was not the truth, most usually give into her childish way of recieving her every desire. Had someone refused, maybe she wouldn't be so goddamn spoiled. "I don't think no body likes me!" this, however, was true. She knew that several took a disliking to her. Children are aware when others have a distaste for them. But, like other children, she was not hurt by the fact, instead she used it to convince Xal to play. She could only pray that the guilt trip and pity would work on this creature. She didn't seem as stupid as the others. Serbiqui was unaware that playing may cause pain to the creature, and had she a few more years of 'age,' she'd have backed off.

"How... do you... play?" If it wasn't to hard she might try it, it might lift this perpetual agony she lived with. She was quite a social creature, but she didn't get much chance to interact with others, she sickened them it seemed. Perhaps if she stuck with Insanities, she could gain companions, something the poor little Agony longed for desperately, especially since she didn't know of any others of her type in this area. "If you ... explain ... I might ...try." Slow, soft, broken speech, that's it, keep it up and you won't cough. Don't cough, good girl, she thought to herself. Each sentence was dangerous, and brought her closer to another fit.
She eyed the rather friendly creature before her, eager to please. She knew she shouldn't even try, but she'd wait to hear what the Insanities games entailed. If it wasn't to hard, she might give it a whirl, even though there was a very high chance she'd be sent into the biggest fit of the day by doing so. She wanted to be liked ... and she'd try very hard to achieve this goal.
