"I-,"Fakaebi started, but feeling foolish for her indecisive action, she quickly stifled her next words. Dropping her head she spat out the rodent. Globs of black, reeking puss oozed from a clumsy cut of her teeth. It raked across her tongue like bitter acid, and she was forced to yip in distaste, licking wildly at the fur around her maw. Disgusting, it was, like tar and ink and oil. Bitter and noxious, it made her misty eyes water and bile climb into her throat.
She swallowed the burning feeling down and lowered her head, touching her nose to the cool night grass. A squeal of a nocturnal beast sliced through the air, causing her head to snap upward again. Fakaebi mentally berated herself for drifting into such an aware state. Lifting her eyes to Ku's, she growled deep and low, before backing away from the feline as if it were he who had made the noise.
The loping form of brown beast and rodent caught the corner of her eye immediately as she did so. The hulking cannibal brute sent her guard hairs on end, and her hackles to a raise. Her eyes darted between the Puppet Master and this violent beast.
Suddenly, like the dawning of a bloody sunrise, an idea crept into her child-like mind. A perfect, glorious, cover up for her attempt at leaving.
"I was going to leave, yes,"she bobbed her head noncommittally,"I don't want to be around the likes of his sort,"she flicked her eyes in the direction of the cannibal and his rat. No Euclides travelling alone amid the gravestones of previous prey wanted to be caught alone with such deceitful types. Fakaebi was not sure of that one's strength or power, but his coloration was a sure sign of something to be wary of. Being in the presence of two strangers made her skin crawl beneath her fur. She would rather take her chances with a charismatic poison, such as herself, than the disgusting cannibalistic canine that swooped above them with his weak, little rat.
The poison canine subconsciously tucked her puppet between her feet, like a protective mother crooning over a single, lost child.
"If you want to follow me, fine,"she spat, gaze directed on Kujien,"But I'm going now, with or without you." She stood, raising her left paw high above the ground, and turned to walk away, loping awkwardly on three strong, white legs. Now it could no longer ber her fault if she did not learn his name. She could no longer be called a coward. She practically invited him to follow her. She'd done her duty.

Kujien watched her, smiling in an almost sympathetic manner as Fakaebi fought with the disgusting taste of rot. The reaction surprised him, his fascination for her gave him enough like to feel pity. That wouldn't do at all. However, he couldn't help but imagine the wretched taste of something which smelt so horrid.
As her attention flung to the Cannibal, Kujien's gaze migrated toward it as well. Sighing with a look of near boredom at the mess the canine was making, Kujien was glad to be distracted by Fae speaking.
"An understandable wanting."
Kujien admitted, for he wasn't much interested in keeping company with Cannibals. Not that they bothered him in any way, or even unnerved him for he was well aware of his superiority. However, there was very little amusement in someone trying to eat you. Unless they were just so pathetic it was funny.
The Cannibal didn't seem more powerful than himself, but he didn't look completely inadequate either. The Poison's invitation was a welcome one and he easily slid into step along side her.
"I believe I will then."
There was something about her subtle invitation that made him wonder. He could easily believe it was a trick of some sort, after all she was a Poison like himself. Nonetheless, she had yet to run dry on her ability to amuse him, and so he followed.

Think, Fakaebi, think. Ideas screamed across her mind, a hundred howling voices drifting through the recess of her brain. Kujon would be so proud of her when she reported this rival Puppet Master to him. Her tail twitched with anticipation, flicking tauntingly back and forth against her red spattered hips. She may not have been as intelligent or intellectually matured as the common Euclides, but she was cunning in her own way. If only older one' s would openly realize that. Kujon would, her Master would, when she completed this task.
An inward grin fought to escape her pained lips, and she lowered her eyes and ears to a mask of distress before casting a quick glance behind her shoulder. The Cannibal, a handsome male, though disgusting in his habits, was still there. Good. She let out a whine and quickened her pace, trotting along the cold blades of grass and packed dirt that lay in mounds beside crumbling tombstones.
"I don't like cannibals,"she growled, head lowered and ever-suspicious looking gaze upon Kujien's lithe form,"I like them less than one's like you." She was obviously referring to her previous comments about age,"The sooner we get away from him, the sooner I can get away from you." She was feeling even more inadequate, limping beside him with her puppet dangling from her paw.
She had to get his name, though. Just his name.
Flicking her ears back she cast her gaze to the ground, so not to see him, so not to know he was there. Maybe she could imagine he wasn't,"I'm...I'm, Mibikae,"the lie painted her lips prettily,"You ought to know that, so long as we're keeping each other from being that nasty thing's next meal."

((k is this better?)) Craver lept into the air about to leap onto the female and chew on her sweet flesh. San sneerd and just continued eating on the weasel.

A flash of bright reds and browns drifted into Faekabi's line of sight. Her fur bristled involuntarily as she swung her head 'round to get a better look. The Cannibal! The blasted creature had followed them. Her ears pinned flat against her skull and she was quick to jump and swerve around, her limbs stock still and tense. She lowered her head protectively over her neck and snarled. Her tail rose like a white flag, near glowing in the luminescence of the moon.
Her heart hammered in her chest. She was frightened. Fakaebi's blank eyes darted to the Puppet Master at her side. Would he help her? Or join the Cannibal in her destruction? Her chops wrinkled with anger. This was another reason not to deal with adults. They were too hard to read, to hard to overpower if they got out of hand.
Fakaebi looked back to the canine male. Her puppet lay in a tangle around her left foreleg. She'd be able to do little fighting with that bogging down her movements. She would be in trouble if the feline didn't wish to help her out.
((Go ahead and pounce if you'd like...or wait for Vyn's reply. One of the two.))

Craver landed and smashed into the gravestone the female had been mourning over, it crumbled to peices. He ran straight towards her and stopped suddenly. He looked at her complexsion how gorgeus her red makings were. Why would he want to kill somthing so cute as this. no he shook the thoughts out of his head and lept for her.

Jien watched for a moment as, in a blur of reds, brown and white, Fae leaped out of the way of the attacking Cannibal, allowing him to slam uselessly into a grave marker. Instantly he was all bristles and narrowed eyes, the captive air of venom around him was suddenly far more notable. It was almost startling how deadly and charming he could look all at once but, of course, his mind was not on his appearance. It came so easily to him he never did, not unless someone was paying him compliments.
Absently he allowed a thin layer of poison to coat his coat, the effect gave him a look of greasiness, but it was worth it. Cannibals would be suicidal if they ate a poisonous Puppet Master. Nonetheless, as he allowed the poison to seep over his coat, Kujien sprung forward and landed smoothly before Fae. His coat was bristled despite the poison covering it and his soulless eyes flashed dangerously.
"I suggest you stand down Cannibal." He hissed savagely, his voice remained beautiful but full of deadly intent now. His tail lashed from side to side in anger, waiting to see if the canine would stand down or if he'd have to return the attack.

The canine landed maybe a foot away from the female and turned around to the male cat. "Why should I..CAT?" He sensed this cat was a poison but this made no difference. He sneered and saw that the poison was planning on hurting him but this poison would not be able to hurt him making him die he may scratch him but ha that wouldnt hurt.

Fae's snarl stopped mid-growl, as the cannibal male slowed in front of her. Her ears flicked up and down with nervous energy, her forepaws padding the ground. The string of her puppet slipped beneath a pad, climbing between her toes again in an awkward, tangled manner. It would take a lot of concentration to peel it back into order again.
When the cannibal leapt again she barked, lifting her head and snapping her jaws on open air in front of her. Her limbs were shaking.
The scent of poison filled her nostrils long before she thought of using the defense herself. She glanced quickly in the direction of the Puppet Master, her head cocked so slightly that the action might have been missed by weaker eyes. He was sticking up for her. Good. Her tail lashed once to signal her approval of the action. As if he needed it, this Feline would do what he pleased, and she knew it.
Her attention was once again drawn to the cannibal, as he snarled out a retort. It was the first time he had spoken yet.
"Because,"said Fae, stepping forward slightly, her head lowered defensively still,"We're two, and you're one." She snarled sharpy, the noxious fumes of her rat and Jien's poison burning her nostrils. The clear-white liquid began to excrete from the pours of her skin, coating her fur with a light spattering of deadly fluid. Her senses, so deadened by the smell of her puppet mouse, so deadened by her lack of basic intelligence, she had forgotten her defense mechanism. Forgotten how to use it, until the Puppet Master showed her.
She almost wished to thank him.

Kujien eyed the Cannibal with harsh defiance in his eyes. Typically this would have been horribly disinteresting for him. Some Cannibals were so basic that it was just hard to tear them apart with mind games. Poison now, that was different.
"Despite being outnumbered, there's the plain fact that I outrank you. Attacking further would be idiotic, I will win regardless and if you so much as bite me, I'll do worse than just taste bad."
A Poison type was a Cannibal's worst enemy, especially if all that their mind could focus on was devouring the flesh of their own. Absently however, his attention turned back to Fae. He could smell the poison leaking onto the female's flesh and coat, the scent made his nose itch but he didn't so much as twitch in response.
His eyes were focused on the Cannibal though his mind filtered back to the Poison behind him. He still wasn't sure why he was sticking up for her, other than the fact that she was a lovely specimen of his own type. Ah well, he'd deal with it later.

Laekubi remained motionless, head low to the ground in the shadows of a tombstone. Normally, she would have revealed herself long before this, but she needed to show herself at the oportune moment, and it had not yet come. None of them had noticed her yet, though why the other Puppet Master had not she could only wonder as to why. A low growl threatened to break from her throat when the canibal appeared. This one was obviously not the brightest of them all, attempting to attack not one, but two lethal poisons. Her nose twitched slightly beneath her mask, sensing a conflict in the tense air of the night. Even if she did reveal herself, what would come of it? And, would she bother to ally with the others against the loathsome cannibal? She reached a desicion quickly. She would stay hidden, for now, or at least until someone noticed her. She did want the Poison canine for her cast, but she would not risk herself over it.

Craver sat down thinking about what he should do. He heard a low growl growl and turned his head to seek where it was he could tell it was female and he seemed curious for once in his life. He tryed to look around for her. Craver stood up. "Fine have it your way you win." He walked away and walked over to San. The rat climbed up onto his shoulder and the two dissapeard into the fog but they had not left the grave yard they were in search for the hidden female.

Fae continued to bristle until the Cannibal was out of sight. Her gaurd hairs tingled still, even as they lowered flat against her flawless skin beneath. Slowly, as if expecting the horrible little canine to return, she leaned back on her haunches, curling her red-streaked tail about her hind legs. She craned her neck and licked absently at her shoulder. The poison there tasted bitter, but there was no sense in leaving it so thickly coated on her hide. It would take time to get the rancid liquid off.
Without removing her attention from grooming herself, she muttered, half-hearted,"Thank-you,"between long laps of her pink tongue. Her mouse lay hopelessly tangled around her left foreleg, the string pulled tight and biting into her flesh. She ignored it for now, for it would surely frustrate her later.
She was curious, though ,as to why a Puppet Master would help one who'd been nothing but rude to him throughout their short meeting. Her tail lashed against her thigh in thought. It could simply be just a hatred for Cannibals. It was not uncommon for Euclide to gang up on their revolting sort, to kill them. It was no lack of morals that brought a Euclides to do such a murderous deed. If a cannibal would kill, and eat, it's own kind, there was nothing stopping a Euclides of different type to kill their sort in return.
Fae nodded to her own private thoughts, and tore her tongue away from her shoulder to stand, though awkwardly with one smarting limb. The lack of circulation was beginning to take it's toll, making it feel numb and prickly. "If we're done here, I think I'd like to continue to leave,"she lifted a lip in quick, warning, snarl, but thought better to continue with the noise,"My Master will be wanting me back. Our Marionette was sent out long ago to get us prey."

Laekubi bristled as she felt, rather than saw, the cannibal approach. A shudder shook her body. Those creatures should be wiped out. They are nothing but parasites. Slashing her tail across her sides wildly, in an effort to control her hate, the canine raised her muzzel and let out a long, low howl. Now they'd notice her, whether they wanted to or not.
As her howl faded to a deep snarl, she ducked from behind the tombstone lithely, almost leaping. She ended up facing Jien and Fae, paws spread wide in a defensive stance. She hadn't meant it to start like this. Not that she'd had a choice. She'd much rather face these two than that rancid cannibal. At least with these ones, she was amongst creatures that held intelligence. She held her breath, waiting for one of them to speak.

Fae's head snapped up, and instantly she was on the edge yet a second time. Her white eyes were narrowed deathly line, not only with angry, but annoyance. So many creature attacking her in one night. She would be a Paranoia by morning at this rate! The howl had alerted her, sure enough, but it could have quite easily came from the Cannibal. In front of her now was no such incompetent Euclides. This was a blood, so easily told by the fine red marks that dripped like gory tears from her crimson eyes.
"So many old one's here,"she spat, her head lowering in line with the Blood's covered throat,"Why won't you just leave me be?" Her claws gripped the earth beneath them, but she made no move to attack. There was an unusual scent upon this Bloody Canine, the scent of a Puppet Master, although she wore no hat to reveal her rank.
With carefully placed footpaws, she sidestepped away from both Masters, turning ever so slowly so her back and sides were not shown to them,"I want to leave now,"she growled,"I want to leave, and I don't want any of you to follow me." Her maw shook as she flicked her gaze between the two. She began to back away slowly, cautiously, unsure of whether one, or both, would attempt to come after her.
She would never return to this Churchyard again, if such activities as this were to come with her visits. She'd have to find fresher graves to dance upon.
