Assuming Zaragoza lives in Anygh - For some reason, I keep misspelling this as Ankh, as in Ankh MorPork >>; - and gets an apartment..
She wants floor-to-ceiling aquariums. Think of the Underwater World. Also, very probably, more than one piece of furniture is going to be an aquarium. Exactly how feasible would this be, in terms of secor?
I mean, if she's renting, very possibly not only is her rent going to go up, but her deposit will likely be forefeit, right? Whereas if she wanted to buy a flat...that would cost a fair bit, right?

It would be EXPENSIVE. In-Character, trying to find a place that would allow so many aquariums would be difficult, and yes, very expensive. This is totally something you could use to spice up a role-play and aid in character development.
But for the sake of keeping the bank organized, the ACTUAL rent and ACTUAL amount of playable secor isn't going to change. C: Character's "buy" a lot more than just what's available in stores (like food, furniture, and entertainment), but this secor isn't detracted from the bank amount. It's magical NPC secor...which is what will "cover" the cost of any extra materials that Zara needs.
So, IC...yes, she's living an expensive lifestyle. But it won't actually detract from her monthly secor.
