Looking for EDITORS/BETAS

The website is nearly finished. Yay! That's one huge chunk down, and just little stuff left to go.

I'm over 50% finished with the guilds, I just need to write up the "talents" (they're currently in jot note form in my ML-notebook). The rest of the province/world information is going to be completed in a world-building contest hosted on December 7th. When it starts up, I'll provide you all with the link to it so you can get some sneak peeks and watch my progress.

Meanwhile, the information on the website needs to be edited. I will be copying everything into word and giving it a once over there, then printing out a copy for editing purposes. Once I've completed both of those editting processes, I'll be looking for outside individuals.

Anyone willing to edit/beta will get sneak peeks at the website and new information, and I'm willing to pay them in player points to be used here on ML, custom/semi-custom/etc. tickets you can redeem when the game re-opens, or, (though I'd prefer it as a last resort), USD.

I have a couple editors who are currently not involved the game, but I'd like some of my old, veteran players and potential newcomers to help out as well.

I'll be looking for a total of 2 volunteers for this, at the time being. Hopefully that, accompanied by my rigorous self-editting, as well as my outside editors, will clear up all the mistakes and misunderstandings on the website.

...on a very sad side note, I just spent the last 5 minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't find my "index.html" page through my server.

I was browing my temp folder, with "retired" information. D: Dur.

I am interested in helping with this. <3 I don't have OMG!free time, but I do have enough that I believe I could assist, and I'm very good at spotting grammar issues and flow inconsistencies and whatnot.

I'd also be more than willing to dig around to help with editing the content as well as to help find broken or missing links and the like. I have a decent amount of free time to pore over things, and it'd be nice to feel like I'm pitching in.

Also- I demand that you throw shoes at me or SOMETHING to remind me to get you those sketches!

@jenn: I know how awesome your literary skills are, little writing bug. But I don't want to burden you with too much work. The website has well over 100 pages (Word Document, TNR, size 12), and you've got SoD to administrate as well. :3 I won't be done my own editting process for a couple of weeks, though. I'll send you a private message here or on SoD when it comes up, and we'll see how your time is going? I really appreciate your offer, Jenn. I love-love-love you, but I don't want to busy you any more than you already are.

@fera: You lovely sweet wonderkin, you. There's not going to be a whole lot of issue with broken links, as the website is pretty limited as far as that goes. The forum, on the other hand, I might worry about.

Were you also interested in helping with the beta/editting of the site content? :3 And no need to worry about the sketches, Fera. I've bit fiddle-farting with some art in between writing up the website (some of it is tedious, a break is nice). Most of the murdon stuff won't actually be needed for the re-opening to happen. So take your time. :3 S'all good, love.

I'm more than willing to help as much as I can with whatever I can, Memmers. I just figured that as far as like... advanced writing comprehension... I'd pale in comparison to Jenn as far as usefulness. ^_^; Still, it you would like I'll happily read through and suggest anything and everything that occurs to me.
