I. Obey all Euclides/Amuni/Defore adoption rules. These apply any time you're recieving a legacy critter.
II. Once the plot begins, you MUST participate. If you do not, the LC you recieved will be readopted and you will not be allowed to join another Mini-Story until Mem decides to forgive you. Also, this is not a hunt. You will not be 'finding' or recieving critters during the story.
III. Joining is not free. You must pay the total price of your custom legecy critter. There is no additional fee. Those who have hunt tickets will not have to pay for their customs.
IV. Be Literate. Use proper grammer, spelling, and punctuation. It's okay if you screw up a couple times, but remember, there are online spellcheckers (such as http://www.spellcheck.net) to help you out.
Don't use L33t. U w1ll n0+ +y9e 1e!k +h15. Use proper words. 'You' instead of 'u', 'to' instead of '2', 'like' instead of '1e!k', and so on.
V. Know the difference between OOC (out of character) and IC (in character). You should keep OOC messages between brackets so people don't get confused. Also, if a character dislikes your character, that dosen't mean the player dislikes you. Make sure to understand this. Many people don't.
VI. No GMing or PPing. This means no 'godmoding' or 'powerplaying' obviously. You control your own actions and your own actions only. If 'Sue' is going to punch 'Bob' than she can only write the action, not the reaction. It's up to 'Bob' to decide whether or not the punch connects. Remember, your character is not invincible, so some of these punches and kicks are going to hit. Also, you cannot control another person's character. 'Sue' cannot say that 'Bob' kissed her, that's up to 'Bob'.
The only exceptions to this rule is when Mem (or whatever gamemaster is present) says otherwise.
VII. . Format We roleplay using story form. That is, third-person point of view in the past tense. Anyone using anything different than this will be corrected. It makes roleplaying much easier when done in this format.
Don't know what that means? Here's an example: He crouched low to the ground, his bright eyes narrowed with predatory lust. Come closer he thought with a laugh. He could taste the human's soul already.
VIII. Keep prejudices to yourself. I don't want to see any form of "Hate" posted on this board OOCly. (IC I can understand, so long as it's just the character's opinion). This means, no racism, sexism, xenophobia, homophobia, etc. etc. Don't judge people based on their sexuality, gender, race, or religion. This is a serious rule, and I will permanently ban anyone who violates it from -ever- roleplaying on my board or adopting critters from me again.
IX. Mem is the Game Master. What she says, goes. If you disagree with something she's come up with, PM her and we'll work something out. Otherwise, obey her, and act polite. Mem isn't trying to boss you about or any such thing, but she does like sticking in a twist or two every once in a while. Please understand that.
X. You may only join every second Mini-Story.Gotta give other people a chance, after all. You may also only join with one character. Mem may, on occassion, change this rule, but she'll be doing it for a reason.
XI. You are agreeing to allow Mem to kill your character as soon as you fill out that custom form. Mem won't kill off every character, or have someone die in each mini-story, but the possibility is there. Each time a character is killed, Mem will roll to see if they become undead or not. If yes, you'll recieve an undead image of your character. Mem will decide whether or not the character is still part of the story.
<_< Yeah, I think that covers it. For now.
