Hello my loves.

I've disappeared....again. I can't say I'll be back for any uninterrupted lengths of time either, as life is rather hectic and I've a lot of things to deal with at the moment. But I need a break (and a hobby), and what better place to relax than my nice cozy home?

I realize I have a few lurkers still scrounging about ET, so I have a proposal.

If I am willing to continue with ET, I will want to make a few changes. My records are rather despicable and I've been quite...unorganized as of late. My ID numbers have also been lost to the sands of time, and I have no neat records of my images at the moment. I will definitely want to re-do my records, perhaps even go so far as to post them on the thread just so they're there and much easier to update.

Jenn has already been a huge help with this, as I have tons of PMs from her with records table updates. God bless her neat little nose =3

There will be a lot of re-organizing and re-writing of information, and certainly a handful of changed to go along with these. I might scrap the current plot as well...or perhaps turn the Murdons into adoptable characters.



My second option is...something new. A blank slate, as it were. A new game. New creatures. New worlds. I'm leaning more towards this, as I do have tons of ideas in my head that I'd like to play out and it won't leave me with a mess to clean before I get back into the cyberpetting funk. If you're willing, I wouldn't mind setting up some sort of ... test trial, to see how well the new board goes (most of the information is already written up). If it doesn't run, I can always fall back on ET.

For the second option, I would really, really appreciate a co-admin or partner of sorts. I realize I'm not starting from scratch, but I am willing to listen to any advice/desires/etc. of anyone wanting to co-own. While I do wish to be the primary art person, someone to help run events and role-plays would be magnificent.

Any opinions?

I would hate to see ET die, I am still absolutlt in love with them, but the choice in the end is all yours. I really don't have all that much of an opinion, I have never tried to run anything like ET, but I can imagine it is tons of work. . .I am probably not being much of a help am I?

I agree with Nyx, my loves are still very much lurking within my mind.... but whatever is best for you, it's just so damn good to see you again... you have no idea! =3

I've been lurking here quite frequently, actually, and I needs me another hobby as well and.... well.... I'd love to offer you up my services again and be a co-admin for you. You have no idea how much I love running contests and such.... XD

I would also be very sad to see ET go...I had alot of ideas I wanted to play out...but maybe a new game wouldn't be a bad idea. Especially if everything is falling apart and being dumb >.<; Besides...I figure...with an epic game like this...who can just leave it behind for good XD;. At least thats how I've been thinking with Feoraptors and such...I've taken a long hiatus with them...done a couple other adoptions...and now I'm thinking about doing them again...Maybe you are just burnt out? It might be nice to take an extended break from ET <3. Though I really do love ET sooooo much ;o;

And as I was an Admin here...I would love to be a Co-Admin whereever you run off to. I have a great deal on my plate...though if I was given the job of Co-Owner I would do my best to fill the job XD...I feel like we work well on idea fronts and such to <3...so *shrugs* up to you ultimately XD; But I wont lie when I say I'd love the job XD;;;;

I LOVE ET. I never want it to die off completely. I've invested so much time and thought into this place and my characters and I have so many fond memories. I'd die knowing that it was gone gone ;_;. That having been said, it's never fun to force yourself into doing something you just don't have the inspiration for, ESPECIALLY when you've got something else all figured out to refresh yourself with. I think you should go for this new idea, because it sounds like your mind has already made itself up XD (if you've already got info posted, who are you trying to fool love? Of course you want to do this new thing!). And, anywhere there is Mem art and ideas, the Tigs is sure to follow.

Much like FP, I loved working with you (and FP) and would love to continue to help out any way I can with this new site and bounce ideas off you like I have done pretty much nonstop in the past XDD.

SO glad you're back in action hun. You were very much missed.

Tigs, you call my bluff X3 Never-the-less, I did really want people's opinions on how they feel about poor, dear ET. I don't really want to leave it all either, but it...needs a bit of patching up before I'm willing to invest full-time into it again.

Anyway, so long as people seem a little interested in what my new idea is, I mind as well offer you a bit of information.

It's big. It's got multiple species. It's got plot. While the creatures follow the same 'ET' pattern (elemental with various different animal forms), they have different attributes, different possible species, and animal-breeds depend on the month they were born, rather than genetics (unfortunately mixes aren't naturally possible).

But that's just pennies.

It's my plot that makes me love 'er.

Long story short, there's a large continent made up of seven countries (all of which have a rather long history with one another), which are now being faced with an outside threat. A shadow-y disease that's creeping across the coasts, filled with all sorts of monsters and ghouls that want to suck the poor dear continent-inhabitants dry.

...it's sort of like The Mist meets Euclides Theatre, during the reign of ancient civilizations. And it has genetics...who doesn't love genetics...and unicorns...

...and crazy-huge lists of abilities that take forever to write up x.x;;

Also, FP has begun helping me with the new idea (which shall henceforth be referred to as simply AT, to tease you all). It probably won't be finished until late May. There's...and awful lot of information to write up.

That said, I also like the sounds of this new idea...though I'm not sure how much time I'll have as being the art-machine for SoD is fairly life-consuming <3
