Some Paging Suggestions?

Yeah, I need some suggestions on this. ;D I've been thinking of just doing them on a uniform background, because it's honestly hell to find so many new wallpapers, and it takes alot up on the account. I have like seven geocities accounts, no kidding And I don't want to make anymore >.>;;

So, any suggestions? Here's an example of what I currently do:

Huh, I don't know what to say, I love how they are all different (I've been meaning to do that for mine as well) but that does seem to take up a lot of space. What if you uploaded the backgrounds onto a photobucket account?

I'm not sure they'll fit, photobucket downsizes if they don't XD Let me try it...

I really really like the look of them ALOT....

the only thing i have as a suggestion is maybe to make the text easer to see...because sometimes its a little hard...best way to do that is to make a table for the text...and just put color inside the table so it looks like a block of color...and if you want have a border...but sometimes it looks really great without one ^_^

yeah, i love the way you put a lot of time into the pages...but if its such a hassle, perhaps getting rid of the backgrounds would be best.

Hmm, as a possible suggestion, perhaps try rotating between just a few backgrounds, depending on what best suits the creature? That's what I basically do; if you look through the pages at etaven.chinaberries.net/ftrail , I have what's ultimately the same background, in different colors. I pick one of them, then I pick a color for the inside of the table as well, so they're each unique, but it's not insanely time consuming. Could maybe try something like that, but with a rotation of completely different backgrounds or whatnot?

Thanks for the suggestions everyone ^_^ I really appreciate it. For now I'm leaving the euclide pages as they are for (still undecided XD) but I've moved everything else to a same background type thing ;D What do you think?

*hisses* I hate that layout. For one reason only- it's beautiful, but it's so Not creature page friendly! I mean honestly, even just for writing, what's the point of such a teeny-tiny viewing space? Let alone images! Did they not think that someone, somewhere, might want to put a picture in there larger than 100x100?! *spazz* I can't stand it when people screw up amazing layout pics/ideas XD.

Buuuut, other than that, my things are lovely, and I think the idea of a few rotating backgrounds would work better for you <3

^^;; I works fine of my resolution, but I'm working on the widescreen laptop XD What's yours tigs? Cause you do have to scroll in 1024x768, but only a teensy bit X3 The amuni one works better though, and I designed the whole di site by myself *proudproud*

ah, 1024x768, that might explain it XD I hate scrolling... but I also hate how my site decides to 'stretch' from time to time x.x

Well, the amout of bandwith it takes for every single background is kinda taking its toll now, and soon I'll have to get a new account ^^;; So I've decided to cut down the Euclide pages to this:

my computer cuts the image in half and won't let me see the other half. all i can see if they are facing left it ther tail end.

Hmm..what type of computer do you use? Do you think it's actually the computer, or could it possibly be your image host?
