This city was new to him, what with its gothic buildings close together, their silhouettes high against the sky. The streets were veritable labyrinths of shadows and moon, and he without any kind of guide. But it mattered not to him, getting lost in this victorian maze. It held a kind of gritty allure, the elegance and the decay juxtaposed in a sort of twisted complement. No, he wouldn't mind getting lost at all. The scent of others of his kind had drawn him to this Theatre, stately in its ivory and gold. He could smell the blood that tainted it though, like a dark, musking perfume. It wasn't unpleasant, not to one such as he, shaped of nightmares and darkness. Somewhere a clock struck twelve and he smiled vaguely, rising from the shadows of the steps. The choked, misted moonlight glinted of the silver and coal of his fur, the wicked points of his mask and shoulder guards. He had not hunted yet, contented to watch the fall of night over this strange city and its silence in the moonrise. But he had dawdled long enough in his reverie, he would see what prey this foreign city would have to offer.

Eerily her smile was plastered to her lips, which were torn in one small line on her bottom lip, where it was as if she'd broken the skin with that unfaltering grin. In a daze, she seemed oblivious to her surroundings. Long black hair was tinted with light blue streaks, pale skin which seemed to absorb the moonlight. Endrasibi was a lovely lady in human form, but her state of ecstacy was not the normal state of ecstact brought on by being a Rhapsody... no, Endra had a little bit of a bad habit. In this time and age it was rare for one to have found something to be able to obtain this habit, but after much searching she'd found herself in a euphoria of substance abuse. She didn't know anything hardcore really, but she'd found a way to get ahold of a strange plant with surprising side-effects. Her hips swayed to a music nonexistant and she laughed to herself from time to time. One might be curious as to what she was thinking. Husky eyes embedded into pitch black eyeliner seemed both eerie and innocent at the same time... adding more to the eerie effect than anything. It was at this time she swore she spotted a strange sight... spikes on another Euclides nearby... she hadn't seen that before. Maybe she was just hallucinating slightly, it had happened once or twice before. Slowly making her way, she allowed her hand to drift out, crossing that boundary of personal space, and reach for one of those spikes, just to see if it was real. Surely enough, it was, and the sharp pain in her hand spoke this in volumes. She stepped back, gasping, and then began laughing aloud at herself, throwing her head back. When finally she'd regained control of herself, she lowered her head, grinning as if there were some hidden joke he wasn't getting. "Sorry about that... heheh... I'm Endrasibi, Endra's easier though." She shrugged, not the most for polite and ladylike conversation. A Lapine Rhapsody was rare, and perhaps they were more prone to strange quirks because of it, who knew. [Ack x.x sorry Vyn, I just had to jump in!]

((eh, there's plenty of room. He's far too smexy not to be horrendously promiscuous XD))
He raised a single silver brow at the lady's odd display, but other than that the half-smile didn't waver from behind the cool mask. Were these the ladies that wandered foreign streets? He had not been expecting them to all be fine-mannered dolls, but this was a surprise to say the least. Quite beautiful, but at the moment seeming quite insane, far more eccentric than her type might testify to. He was familiar with the effects of opium, but what this Marionette was flying on was a mystery to him.
"A pleasure, Endra," he supplied, his voice an odd accent, a subtle blend of French with perhaps a harder undertone of a Russian purr. It would not bode well to be impolite in a city where he knew no one. "Jasperavién, you may shorten it as you like."
It normally would not be wise to give a creature such freedom if she were not in possession of her sane mind, but he could deal with what nickname she could come up with. It was doubtable that while on her drug she would dawdle with him very long, at least in his experience. He vaguely glanced backwards, to see if she had damaged his shoulder spike. He doubted it, but like all Masquerade's he held pride for his facade and woudn't have it sullied.

Seharisthubi watched from the shadows, her gleaming red eyes focused nervously on the two strangers. The lapine seemed safe enough, if not a bit off the wall...but the nightmare-dressed canine made her uncomfortable. His handsome form was covered in sharp spines and she had no want to anger him while he sported them. Sehari shivered as she felt her paws begin to move, but not in the right direction. Not at all. She was stepping tward the nightmare-coveted Canine and his bleeding Marionette companion. Her gaze was transfixed upon the Canine, but the young blood was moving closer and closer to the Marionette. She was just a young Puppet, a threat to no one, but she had yet to eat and the bloodlust was singing its sweet allure. Just a lick? The sight of it was soothing, but she didn't want just that. "Hello."Her voice was soft, mellifluous even, and not at all something one would expect from a blood-hungry Puppet. Especially considering her dad was quite the vicious sadist, but she wasn't at all like him. No, quite the opposite really though she had yet to become aware of that aspect of herself. Seharisthubi: 1 (That's what I thought ^^ but I wanted to be sure. [prods him happily] Oh, and what's his rank? [Vyn ish overly curious <3])

Insanity was not what she specified in, no, she simply liked to be able to relax. Still midway through her high, she was in a sociable mood, but some things didn't quite register with her. Luckily she'd had experience, and so she could act almost sober if she needed to until she came down.
"Would Jasper be sufficient?" She asked, seating herself and crossing her legs, the blue silk of her short dress clinging to her toned upper thighs. She leaned forward, allowing her duo-toned hair to slide forward, spiraling in empty air. He seemed certainly intriguing now that she knew he was real, but, she could tell those spikes were added on. Pity, but still intriguing.
"A masquerade, I'm guessing?" She asked, glancing at his interesting disguise. She couldn't yet figure out what it was. The marionette and her sun who lived near her had both been easy to pin a type on, two birds if she remembered correctly.
As the blood approached, Endra dlipped her finger into her mouth, aiming for inconspicuous. She rather easily figured out what the little femme might be interested in... and she didn't feel like sharing at the moment. Not one to provoke the needs of others... well, not violent ones... she had an early habit of keeping herself in a state where she was at least aware enough of the situation to keep herself out of harm's way. Opium had made this a task, but it was still something she indulged in from time to time.

((He's a director, I seem to be coming into quite a collection of them ^^; ) Another cool nod, upon both accounts. At least the Marionette was not putting on a show of sorts, giggling like mad or talking to hallucinations. The lucidity was a comfort at least, he was not sure how to act around the other afflictions, other than grin and bear it and hope the offender went away. It wasn't as if he was a stick in the mud; the slight tension was natural to one so far from home. A flicker of white out of the corner of his eye. He turned his head a fraction, a child now? Well the company was getting stranger. He knew that his race often let the children fend for themselves as soon as they could hunt properly, but this young girl didn't seem like the type a parent should leave alone. A Blood type, by the markings, and he glanced at the Marionette's hand. He certainly hoped the child knew control, more for her sake than his. "Hello, child," he returned her greeting cordially, seeing as Endra didn't seem willing to. "Your name?" He was courteous in the way that all foreigners are when in a strange place, bordering on exceedingly. Whether that were of his true nature or not, well, the situation hadn't called for that yet.

The lynx slowed her pace as the Rhapsody covetted her bleeding fingertips. Well, it was an understandable reaction. Seharisthubi offered a sheepish smile, lowering her head submissively. She wasn't going to attack anyone...she might want a taste, but she had learned control. Her father was an odd sort, and though he had a soft spot for youths, he had nothing against pummeling anyone: regardless of age or rank. It had given him an extremely high pain tollerance and it had turned little Sehari into a masochist. Of course, she would never go so far as to deliberately make him angry, but she had learned to take his beatings as fatherly affection. It was his way of looking out for her after all, how could she be angry with him for that? So, as the Marionette hid her bloodied fingers, Sehari turned her attention to the Nightmare themed Masquerade. Flashing a gentle, somewhat nervous, smile, the young Puppet bowed her head to dangerous-looking Director. "I'm Seharisthubi." She blinked at the mouthful of a word that was her name and then swished her stubby tail. "But you can call me Sehari." Slowly she tilted her head, glancing between the two with curious eyes. Would they offer up their names as well? Seharisthubi: 2

He seemed outrageously awkward, and not the most social thing in the world. Endra didn't know why, but she was the type to speak what's on her mind, and so chances are she'd ask sooner or later. The blood seemed content with keeping to herself, so Endra removed the finger and gave a slow smile. "Nice to meet you, Sehari. I am Endrasibi, but you can call me Endra." It wasn't that she hadn't been willing to say hello, it was that she'd been waiting for an introduction first. She was plenty open to talking to anyone.
Reclining back, she tilted her head towards the interesting Nightmare and blinked once as she considered her question. "You seem... uncomfortable?" She started, not knowing enough about him to know why. Either he'd offer up the information on his own, or he wouldn't, there wasn't much she could do. Although if he tried to shrug and pass it off, she'd probably poke more, being the curious type.
Growing irritated with the forcible clothing that humans were supposed to wear, she shifted to her normal form, lapine ears twitching lightly as she smiled. Now that she was coming down, the drugs wouldn't affect her Euclides system. It was a slight pain to have to be stuck in human form for so long, but hey, what's a slight pain after all?

He nodded a greeting toward the child. "Jasperavién," he repeated, and his eyes slid sideways as the Marionette changed into her lapine form. "But Jasper seems sufficient."
He let his smile relax so it didn't seemed so forced. He was unsure around children, having virtually null experience in that field, but he didn't want to drive the young girl away. Afterall, she could have powerful connections, and he hadn't traveled so far for trouble.
"Unocmfortable, yes, slightly," he let the tension ebb out of his voice slightly. "I am not from around these parts, all this..." He waved a paw in slight example. "It is foreign to me."
His smile from behind the mask had an effortless allure in it, perhaps heightened by the sense of danger that his Nightmare facade echoed. But his actions seemed quite the opposite of that air, nothing but a cool courtesy so far, either by design or by unfamiliarity. He looked to the sky, as if studying something, then his claws drew themselves.
"I was about to go hunting, in order to further explore my surroundings. Would either of you care to join me? I am in need of a guide."
There was no evidence of a hidden meaning behind those words, no seductive lull or melody. Jasperavién liked to think of himself as a rational creature, as opposed to the eccentricities of his usual type, and now was not the time nor place for the usual games. Afterall, he had heard of a number of Puppet Masters that roamed the streets, and none of them had been pretty stories. He didn't want to somehow become tangled in whatever webs the city spun.

Sehari watched the two adults with fascination. The Masquerade was intimidating, and yet he appeared awkward...and the Rhapsody she seemed all right, but her blood was tainted like father's usually was. He fed on drunkards and opium addicts, was she interested in those sorts as well? Perhaps Sehari was best not drinking her blood. The little feline yawned, revealing vampire-like fangs, before she tilted her gaze from Endra first and then Jasper. "It is nice to meet you both, Endra...Japser."Endra seemed more interested in Jasper than she was in Sehari, and Sehari was fine with that...she was honestly quite fascinated by Jasper as well. Her head tilted to the side at Endra's question, still watching Jasper's features as she sat between them. He reminded her of the Kaethulabi, just less theatric. Sehari's tufted ears perked and she nodded slowly to his comment. So he was new, and looking for an escort. She might have been only a Puppet, not at all strong and somewhat weak of will, but she did at least know the streets well. "I wouldn't mind accompanying you." She rose to her paws, stretching lightly as she gazed up at him. He was so much larger than she was, it was almost intimidating...and extremely satisfying as well. "I know the streets well, a friend of mine sticks to this area."The little Blood froze for a moment, feeling a tightening upon her soul strings. The Puppeteer had found her, it would only be a matter of time before she arrived for a bit of fun with her favorite Puppet. Seharisthubi: 3
