The young feline was out and about this eve alone for once, having found a way to sneak from Maxis' watchful eye even if were only for a few mere hours. He enjoyed his time with his mentor, but really he needed time to himself, time to BE himself rather then just a bard in training. Besides, he loved the night and this night was spectacular, a poet's dream. Unfortunately he hadn't any talent in such a thing like his mother ad, all he could do was sing and how how he yearned to be more then a simple bard, even an opera singing one. A light sigh escaped the little Death/Music mix as he strolled silently through the empty city streets, the lamp lights casting a soft yellow orange glow to his coat which was lightened to a pale gold by the moons own silver, giving him an almost angelic aura of sorts. The melodious angel of death. Hollow eyes cast their gaze upward at the stars, which seemed to almost dance slowly on a backdrop of midnight velvet, dancing before their mentor, the full moon, as they shimmered in place, such beautiful things they were. rounded, velvet lined auditories twitched as they caught the sound of water and his limbs soon brought him to the edge of the fountain and soon enough he was sitting on it's edge, gazing at the night sky's reflection in the moving water, making it seem even more like a dance. It was night's like these that filled his heart with some unknown joy, a euphoria of sorts, that made him want to express such pleasure in any and every form, but this eve it inspired him in the way of song, for he was not only able to simply repeat melodies that he Had heard, but create his own on a whim. His interest in opera had lead him to a great love of Italian, thus at an early age he sought out to learn the wonderful language and found himself now almost completely fluent, and this was his language of choice when composing. He sat, curling his plume around his form, the tip tapping his toes to keep time as his gaze once again drifted to the stars before closing. He took in a deep breathe and let inspiration take him wherever it may as he began to sing what would be eventually called Melodia Della Morte or... Death's Melody. His voice was as hauntingly beautiful as ever, perfectly matching any angel's easily. but he preferred what he'd once been called, a Siren, it certainly suited him better then the title of Angel, for what Angel would willingly place themselves in the presence of death?

Njambi had been strolling through the moonlight, his favorite sort of setting as it turned his already beautiful visage into something that could melt hearts upon sight. His blue-tipped wings were tucked lightly against his body, his wing tips and other light blue markings shining in the glow of the moon and making his darker colors all the more alluring. He was seduction walking, and every inch of his body language spoke of that. For once he had left his father's Theatre without the express intent of wounding another heart, but that all changed once Phantikaeja's voice caressed his ears. Felinistic optics flicked forward slowly, taking in the heavenly sound with a soft shudder. It was the voice of angels singing! Of Sirens calling from the depths, and Njambi was being lured toward the rocks. With a devious purr and a soft ruffling of his feathered wings, Njambi strode forward with steps full of intent. Njambi would not allow his ships to crash upon rocks, surrendering to such a thing was folly, but he must know the one who sang such beautiful notes, he needed to hear more. The closer he came, the less purpose filled his steps and the more his gait was replaced with a seductive sway. The singer had come into view now. Dark hues with the stark white mask of Death, and the voice more suited to music than the voice of angels. His markings were plain, but in Njambi's mind he was as beautiful as his voice. Njambi did not mask his approach, did not hide the click of claws dancing over cobblestones as his smooth gait pressed him onward, but he did not make noise for the sake of attracting attention. In silence, he stood a mere few paces before the singer, drinking in the sound of his voice; a draught more intoxicating to Njambi than the finest of wines. What he wouldn't have given to hear this song continue for eternity! Njambi: 7

Now normally Kaeja would be acutely aware of another presence approaching, especially after the scene at the graveyard, but tonight a rare bliss, almost like a drug, was working it's way through his system, his Music heritage was definitely at the root of it even though in appearances he seemed merely a Death type, making his talent seem all the more exquisite. However he hadn't the nerve to ever correct anyone, especially if they caught him singing as he'd be more apt to flee the scene as quickly as possible then stay for a chat.
However, the sounds of Njambi's approach were not lost to his ears, merely pushed aside momentarily for the sake of composing, another gift from his Music side. However, for this melody he hadn't the proper inspiration and came to a road block in his head and he stopped, mumbling a few things in Italian as he tried to work them into the opera, but with no luck. He'd been working on this specific composition for awhile now, and no matter how hard he tried he couldn't finish it. And this was when the realization of another's presence set in.
He froze, the fur along his spine standing on end as he slowly peered in Njambi's direction, his breathe catching in his throat as his face, clearly visible through his white mask, flushed red. He twiddled his toes, claws peeking from them, nervously as he stared wide eyed at his audience of one, suddenly falling mute.

Njambi sat in silence, listening to the notes as they drifted off his youthful tongue until they slid into foreign musings. The only movement from him was the slow sway of his blue-tipped tail, feathers glistening beneath the caress of moonlight until at last the beautiful singer decided to take note of him. Instantly the charm danced about the Lust dominated Patchwork, a beautiful smile touching his muzzle as he rose from where he'd been sitting to stand fully before the young male. Smoothly he curled a paw up to lightly touch his chest and dipped his head in a gentlemanly manner, wings flaring ever so slightly to lend him balance. Throughout these motions, his eyes never once parted from the blushing, fidgeting composer. Such a beautiful temptation, and one which Njambi would take without hesitation. "Come now, my lyrical beauty... You can't tell me the owner of such a lovely voice is shy?"He had straightened now, settled back upon his haunches with his lovely blue tipped wings tucked lightly at his sides and his moon-touched gaze resting lightly upon the monochrome vision before him. His charming smile remained lightly in place, speaking of talents he would more aptly wield in adulthood. Ah! What a fine day that would be! When Njambi finally reached a full sexual maturity and could at last enjoy all the sins of the flesh the way they were meant to be enjoyed. Njambi: 9

Phantikaeja wasn't sure what he wanted to do more, run or hide, but he found himself stuck there on the ledge of the fountain and swallowed hard, his heart racing for more then one reason. He was drawn to Njambi, as many were it seemed, but his charm kept the Death Siren from merely running off to tuck himself away from the public once more. However, Kaeja's blush persisted and he dipped his head and lifted a paw, placing it over his face in an attempt to hide away the red tone his cheeks added to his fur. He also curled his tail tightly around his form as he debated whether or not to bring forth a reply, because a reply would require speaking which wasn't normally his thing.
He peeked out from between his toes, peering at the winged feline before him. He possessed a quality that none of Jiaro's children seemed to possess, and that was an untainted innocence and naivety. Maxis sheltered him from the darker side of the world and definitely would have chased this rather appealing Director off long before now, but Kaeja didn't currently have Maxis.. and he was lost and had to think fast cause he couldn't -just- sit here. But what to do?
Another deep swallow was in order as he spoke, his voice lovely and rather appealing to the ears even if it was soft and still held the lighter notes of a child, for Kaeja was still young, younger then Njambi as well. "I-I'm afrai...d... so." He was so nervous that he stumbled over a few words, he was out of his comfort zone already. He closed covered his face fully again, not wishing to peek back out until some reaction was received.

Njambi continued to watch Phantikaeja from the cobblestones beneath the fountain's ledge, his soulless eyes examining the blushing boy before him. What temptation...what temptation. Slowly he moved forward, his fluid movements visible to Kaeja as he peered nervously through his toes, and leaped smoothly onto the ledge beside the alluring siren. As he settled beside him, he allowed himself a moment to shift from full animal and into his anthro form. The moonlight continued to dance around the beautiful Sin mix, highlighting his pale blue markings and enhancing the glow of his hollow gaze. As he gazed upon Kaeja, he was absently reminded of his last visit to this same spot. A marionette that time, but one containing much less innocence. It seemed all the beautiful youths were drawn to this fountain, he'd make note of that. Stumbling words returned him from his short note-taking, brought a renewed smile to his muzzle. This one was so sweet, so untainted. It was most definitely a refreshing change from his usual company. "Such a pity." He crooned out softly, though there was honestly no other response which would have pleased him the way Kaeja's stuttered words had. "I was quite hopeful that there would be more."The boy had retreated behind his paw again, pulling a more sympathetic sort of smile to Njambi's lips. Not that Njambi honestly felt sympathy, in fact he was quite amused, but it was for seduction's sake and he would flow with whatever it may take to charm this beautiful siren. "But, ah, I should introduce myself, shouldn't I?" Sympathy melted smoothly into charm once more, his eyes shining with interest. "I am Director Njambi." For now he would keep his Types to himself. After all, this youth was shy enough without realizing he was keeping company with a Sin/Annihilation mix. "And what name, may I ask, does this siren call himself by?"Njambi: 10 (Eck. Sorry if that sucked. >_>)

He listened to Njambi, taking a deep swallow and making an attempt to come out from behind that paw of his, however his eyes remained closed as his white mask slowly became more and more visible until his paw was resting on the fountain next to his others. Slowly one lid was lifted, a solitary hollow visionary peering over at the winged feline. Njambi, that was his name it seemed, and he was a director none the less, thus another swallow was taken as he spoke softly, trying his best not to stutter over his own name. "Phantikaeja ... Puppeteer..."
Kaeja could feel his heart beating at an accelerated rate in his chest, it was nearly deafening to his ears and he was nearly certain that this other male could hear it as well. Presently he was between fainting right here on the spot, and swallowing his fear and actually giving himself over to a conversation, however it seemed fainting was more appropriate at this present time and he swayed slightly, loosing his balance and finding himself IN the fountain.
This came as a surprise to him, a very unwelcome one, and he shot out of the water almost as quickly as he'd entered it, landing clumsily on the cobblestones, his monotone fur dripping and his claws extended. rounded auditories slowly slid back as he waited for the snide comments, or worse, the laughter to come to them.

Njambi bowed his head, charming eyes focusing upon Phantikaeja's solitary optic with seductive intensity. How shy he was! It was such a rare trait in those Njambi consorted with. Always the bold, always the seductive or the lustful, but never shy, uncertain youths like this Siren. "A pleasure, Phantikaeja."For a moment, Njambi appeared as if he might speak, but words never came. Instead, his eyes narrowed ever so slightly as he watched Kaeja. The boy seemed unsteady, almost drained of color...much like he was having a... His thoughts were cut short as the young Death feline swayed and fell, directly into the fountain. Within less than a second of having touched the water, the beautiful Siren was back on solid ground. Dripping wet, but that would dry soon. For a moment Njambi simply didn't react. He stared down at the boy with an analytical eye, all the while he was resisting the lure of his Malice. Oh how he wanted to torment him, make him squirm with pain with the sharp words he could weild...but he held himself back and instead smiled gently as he leapt from his perch. In silence he landed beside Phantikaeja and gently nudged him with his head. "Are you all right, my Angel of Music? That was quite a sudden plunge you took." He smiled wryly, flicking his tail. "Perhaps if you are feeling unsteady, we should not rest upon the fountain's ledge?"Njambi: 11

This, everything, the water, Njambi, the night, his song ... it was all to much, and it was getting to him. He was on the verge of a mental breakdown, or a heart attack, and then all of a sudden, nothing. It was all totally zen for no apparent reason, and yet it didn't confuse him. It was like everything made sense now and was a really good joke. A REALLY good joke indeed.
He felt the soft touch of the other male and his white fur, made almost translucent by the fountain, turned red once more and, finding himself on the verge of tears, he collapsed, busting out in almost hysterical laughter. His laughter, however erratic, sounded almost as melodic as his voice. Oh this night had proved entertaining indeed.
He tried composing himself, and tried to speak, fighting back tears coaxed forth by amusement. "I'm ... sorry... not... at ... you... sorry!" But alas, those were the only words he could form, and his best attempt at a sentence. Stress did interesting things to those whom feared their own shadow.

Njambi smirked faintly to himself, pleased by the way that Phantikaeja blushed when Njambi brushed against him. Ah, such simple things brought such satisfaction. After all, each little blush and sigh was one step closer to his lustful goals. However, Njambi's pleasure didn't last long. In fact, mere moments after he was inwardly gloating about how he was making Kaeja swoon, the little kitten burst into laughter. That was definitely not the right button to push with an annihilation/sin mix so filled with lustful malice... Standing knee-deep in the fountain, Njambi's eye twitched eye ever so slightly as he watched Kaeja collapse into a fit of hysterical laughter. Well, well...Njambi couldn't have broken him already? It took almost all of his control to remain in the position of charming Director, to not submit to the urge to torment the young feline about his bout of laughter, but Njambi managed it with apparent ease. "What then, may I ask, has struck your funny bone so heavily?"Njambi: 12

Njambi's voice brought him back to his senses and flopped down onto his belly, trying to hide his face under his paws as the skin beneath still damp white fur turned a rather bright shade of red. He'd let his composure leave him, and aloud himself to look like a fool, not a good combination, especially for one as shy as he. Maxis would have his hide if he heard of this he was certain.
His words were a bit muffled as he peeked out from between a couple toes, making his apologies as best he could then realizing that Njambi probably couldn't understand him. Slowly he removed his paw, taking a deep breath and closing his eyes, speaking somewhat slowly as to remain totally with it this time.
I don't .. .well I didn't... um ... mean to be offensive. I'm just .. .terribly .. .shy.
And there was that blush again, and just as he'd thought it'd finally gone away. He'd never actually appologized ot someone... nor even stayed near them long enough to chat this long. He was just... awkward personality wise is all.

Njambi stood above Kaeja in silence, a look of cold authority shining within his hollow orbs as he glowered down at the youth. He held such an aura of control about him that it was not hard to believe he was destined to be a Director, but it wasn't just control over others that he fought for. Even then, as he stood tall and silent above Kaeja, there was a war raging within him. It wasn't that he was angry with Kaeja, for the feline was too fetching to be angry with, but it was becoming increasingly hard to contain the Malice half of his Sin type as it purred its sweet and wicked words into his ears. If the boy was crumbling like this on his own and while Njambi was being nice, how would he take to being truly tormented? It was such a delightfully...arrousing thought. The patchwork flicked his tail slightly and squeezed his blue-tipped wings all the closer to his sides; inwardly fighting both his lustful hormones and his eager sadism. When at last Kaeja spoke up once more, Njambi leaned his head down so that their noses were nearly touching and smirked handsomely. He had surrendered. It wasn't much, but he couldn't resist trying to make the mixed bebe squirm. "So I can see." He purred out, as a smile twitched into existence and flashed the tips of his pointed canines. Njambi: 13

He wasn't sure what reaction to have to the bigger bebe, he scared him yet in the same breath thrilled him. Njambi was impressive, large, pointy and with those glorious blue feathers. It made him wonder WHY such a bebe would be willingly spending so much time with a disaster such as he. Someone so shy that they fall into fountains and blush every time something happens, sometimes even just at another's word. And Maxis called him a Siren, pfft, some Siren he was if he couldn't deal with the attention he drew to himself.
He didn't have much time to mull over unpleasant thoughts before Njambi's nose was right there, just a breath away from touching. Hollow eyes widened as his heart beat even faster then it already had been. His head was mildly fuzzy and things in his vision line became that was as well. Except for the other's face, that was clear as a bell. The greyscale feline swallowed hard, his throat dry suddenly. He made an effort to speak, but nothing came out but a little squeak. He felt light headed on top of it all, good thing he was standing or his legs would have given way.
Such a pleasurable torment this Njambi fellow gave him, it was beyond his reasoning, but he liked it none the less.

Oh! Such satisfaction it gave him to see Kaeja at a loss of words and to know that it was he who had stolen them all away. Njambi could see it all, the way dizziness first swept over the feline's hollow orbs and then the way his throat dried up and speech became momentarily impossible. Everything from the moment their eyes locked to the moment that pitiful squeak escaped the death/music mix set Njambi's veins aflame with satisfaction and left him almost shivering with arousal. Resistance had made the game all that much sweeter. Kaeja was so crushingly shy, it made intimidating him almost too easy. That was why, Njambi told himself, that he had so ardently denied his malicious tendencies as he'd entranced the young feline...or perhaps he was growing truly fond of the little angel of music? Hmph! No, of course not. Njambi held no true affection for anyone. Or, at least, that's what he'd keep telling himself himself. With that fangy grin of his still in place, Njambi spoke up once more with words full of seductive teasing. "Yes? You must speak up, Kaeja, I can't understand you." He closed the distance then, his soft nose pressing lightly to Kaeja's own as the Patchwork male purred low within his throat. Njambi: 14 / 15

It wasn't enough that'd he lost his voice, the one thing that sort of, made him who he was, but it was in front of Njambi. For some reason it was becoming even MORE embarrassing to be messing up so much in front of this other male, whom didn't seem much like a stranger anymore. He was still afraid, but it was a different type of fear, one that was, possibly, more crushing then the one that gripped him before.
No one had put this much time into him, save Maxis, his supposed "guardian". He was unprepared for a myriad of different realities, and this was one of them. His life's knowledge ran entirely with a bit of history, music and death, that was all he really knew of. Interactions with others proved to be far beyond his spectrum, and it was quite difficult to extend it to such a point. So where did the patchwork male fit in? He added it to the many things he didn't know.
However, he DID know that the other was awfully close. His breath, warm and mildly moist, tickled his nose and whiskers, causing him to twitch his muzzle a bit. Njambi's words were lost on his ears as he then focused on the closeness, the touch of nose to nose and that was it. He cracked.
But this time it was different, this time it was complete. Hollow orbs slid shut as his cranium approached his paws and the cobblestones below, Phantikaeja had fainted.
