He did indeed walk with her, his steps holding a certain grace about them that one usually only acquired when they grew up in some sort of spot light. And at the very least within his church he and his siblings had, they were the reigning pope's children, it was somewhat required, even if he didn't like.
He listened to her idly, still taking in her words of course, whilst his nose explored the passageway more so then his eyes. His ears perked ever so slightly as they passed the door with the familiar scent, but nothing else changed as they passed each door. However, all of the guests scents held certain markers that gave him clues about each individual that might end up helping him should the situation turn sour. This paranoia had been instilled within him since his mind was able to reason, it wasn't something that would just simply vanish.
I am not entirely sure, there's a lot of coming and ago and I much prefer my books to their company. I know the major faces, but beyond that they tend yo just blend together...
That was something he'd have to work on should he ever lead his own church as it required some form of social skills, but beyond that he had a strong cause, intellect and a passion that others lacked. He wasn't happy with the norm and he wanted to change this because change, while sometimes frightening, was essential.
As they passed through the thresh hold he moved his head, doing a sweep of the entire room. It was more then he'd honestly expected, but at the same time it made sense, especially the grapes. The scent of said grapes was almost overpowering, but there was something else that made him mildly nervous, some underlying scent that he didn't want to delve to deeply into.
His head tilted to the side a bit as he looked at the grapes, a question forming. How do they grow without light?
