"Now where has that girl gone?" thought Makaeja as he wondered through the churchyard. He might look like a big ruthless cannibal to most, but his heart was soft. Recalling of the earlier events the canine sighed. "being brave? More like stupid." he said remembering his little charge running blindly into the storm yelling something about having to be strong and brave. "Nebi is going to kill me! the cannibal groaned when he couldn't smell her scent. Nebika might've only been a script writer, but she could push around the mushball known as Makaeja. He shook his damp fur and started off in a trot along one of the many paths trying not to think the worse. Suddenly Makaeja felt the full force of the shriek. "Arrgh-gruffph!" He threw his head up and reared back on his back legs. "What un earthly sound was that?" he said, though he could still feel his ears ringing. Curiosity got the better of him and are galloped full speed toward them. Peering through a barred fence he saw a sight that he was afraid of. His Ibasine being crushed by the weight of an Amuni. Even through the fence he could see she was wimpering in tears, and there was another, a young chiroptae obviously not a friendly aquantice to the amuni. He took a few steps back and cleared the fence landing ten yards away from the amuni and the two babies. His head was low and he snarled baring every ivory teeth he possesed. "Let her go." He could feel his type's maliciousness overcoming his body with rage. No, he would have to keep it at bay. "I have no intentions of killing you, let her go."

Latching onto the young flier’s wing sail with a firm snap of his jaws, Sergej shook his head in an attempt to rip at the tender skin –
- and was then temporarily deafened by an ear-splitting shriek aimed directly at the center of his skull. ”Merciful God!” he shouted, releasing his hold on Kaedaj in the process and rearing back. His head!
The damage he had done would be enough to put the Euclides out of commission in the sky for a week or two while it healed, but should leave nothing more than a set of interesting scars when all was said and done. The little female below him was likely less fortunate, but he didn’t take the time to assess her injuries as the other latched onto the meat of his shoulders and held on for dear life.
He howled in pain and frustration, jumping up and attempting to shake the vermin off, but as he turned, he caught sight of something approaching through the yard that made him stand stock still. An adult Euclides, its fur as soaked through as his but a mixture of reds, browns, and blacks rather than pale blue. To his eyes, inexperienced in terms of the types of Euclide out there, it was of an unidentifiable type. Regardless of type, though, it was angry and would likely defend the spawn of its fellows. From its words, all it wanted was the girl. Maybe...
An adult Euclides, unharmed and ready for a fight, plus two younglings, was far too much for him in his injured state. His head told him in no uncertain terms that he wouldn’t be engaging in any more combat without dire consequences. It was already pounding unbearably. Risking its displeasure, he took advantage of one of the mausoleum’s supports and slammed his body into it sideways, his back and the back of his neck the primary targets. With luck, the blow of his full weight ramming it into stone would daze the hellion clinging to his back.
God, the pain! His head screamed at him for the act and he stood again somewhat unsteadily. If the blow knocked Kaedaj off as planned, he plants a paw firmly on the youngling’s body, partly for balance and partly to hold him in place. ”Take the girl,” he responded with a snarl. ”This one is mine.

(Auuugh... My muse is going on strike!)
Kaedaj Drakul is more clever than he may seem... though admittedly his inherited bloodlust made up for it at times. Regardless of the interruption of an adult whom he failed to recognize, the little mixed-type was focused entirely on keeping hold of the angrily-bucking canine.
Rather than wait to get pummeled, the little pest will drop right about the time the amuni lunges to smack himself into the support. It's not so much that he thinks he'll hurt himself- rather than it simply being an action that's difficult to discontinue. While he's bouncing back from the solid thwack against the masoleum's supports, the little vampire will take an action her likely learned unintentionally from his sire.
Regardless of getting a proper opening he'd jump for the canine's throat, small taloned feet grasping at the base of either of the amuni's forelegs and the talon's set into the top of his wings looking to grab fur or flesh.... whichever gave him a grip. Thusly anchored, he'd set his sharp little eye-teeth to his throat. If he's successful.
If not... well... there's probably a really big (and humiliatingly colorful) paw pinning his chewed-upon wing to the dirt. Should that be the case- he'll let out another hellish shriek the moment he gets the breath for it! He dun like being stepped on....

(Sorry I had to leave.)
The cannibal watched to what unfold. The Chiroptae anchored firmly onto the canines back. He felt his natural instinct to eat his own kind taking over. "No!" he shook his head and snapped his jaws. The chiroptae's and Amuni's blood was thick in the air, it was stirring his Cannibalistic side.
Finally he snapped out of the fight inside him and looked dead straight into the eyes of the Amuni. At the relingush of Ibasine, he leaped forward with incredible strength and was over her with two bounds.
He looked at her for only a few minutes to asses her damage. She would be hurting bad in the morning, in fact she was now, but there were no real serious damage. She would have a bad limb and feel exhausted but she would be fine.
"Makaeja.... Help him. He saved me." Iba said weakly. The canine's head snapped up to stare at Chiroptae. If he saved Ibasine, he would do all he could do repay him.
With the hair on his back bristling, Makaeja once again snarled. "leave the outher too or you'll face my wraith."

Kaedaj’s drop to the floor and lunge for his neck was successful, but as soon as Sergej felt the prick of fangs on his throat he bucked and twisted hard enough to dislodge anything but the most tenacious of leeches from his throat. Now not only was this creature desecrating hallowed ground with his very presence, but he was attempting to feast on its protectors! Enough was enough. If the motion shook off the youngling, which it likely did with the toll it took on his own head, he ended up with an embarrassingly colorful paw on him anyway.
The adult issued his threat. Damn. He had hoped that the creature would leave the other youngling for him to put down, but no. Things couldn’t be that easy. He knew he was no match for the Euclides at the moment; the lightheadedness and fuzzy edges to his vision told him that much. In the same vein, releasing the creature that had taunted, attacked, and even tried to eat him was...unthinkable.
With a growl borne of extreme reluctance, Sergej lowered his head slowly and started to raise his paw, then jerked his head over to tear at one of the chiroptae’s enormous ears. Such an obvious target, he was unlikely to miss. With that bit of injury inflicted as a ‘mark’ of sorts, however permanent or not it proved to be, he slowly withdrew. His eyes were on the adult, but then flicked momentarily back to Kaedaj. ”I will kill you someday,” he said quietly, voice cold. ”This I promise you.”
Backing away further, the Amuni slowly turned and returned to the church. Sleep, and lots of it, was the only thing he needed right now. The second he returned to his bed, he would pass out.

Hardly eager to let loose the amuni that so desired his death, the little chiroptae would put several furrows more into the brightly-colored hide as he clung. He could be flung off- but at the cost of torn skin. He was just lucky the little vampire hadn't gotten a good latch at his throat.
By time the foul little creature hits the dirt he'll be openly licking the blood from his snarling muzzle, sharp little screeches and squeeks lofting from his dwarfed body. In the throes of bloodlust he'd writhe and strike, taloned feet seeking to rake at the ankle of the used paw. And what's worse? The moment that muzzle sinks down to rip his ear, he returns in kind by lofting wing talons after tender eyes. It was one of those near things... He'd also snap out with a rabid hunger, meaning to sink his little teeth even briefly into the upper lip.
And all this.... while rainwater sluiced over him. He was half-choking on the stuff, but stubbornly he persisted. Upon finally being released he'd send a hiss in the wake of the amuni- the sting of being stepped on, flung about, and having his ear torn only goading that temper that came so naturally to half his type...
"I will see you dead long before you have a chance at me, doggy!" he screeches. A few steps he'd even dare to follow in the creature's wake, regardless of how his wrath had him shaking. "I will find where you sleep! I will drain you and leave your husk of a body! You are meat to be wasted!"

Makaeja watched as the Chiroptae was latched onto the Amuni. Still he could feel his heritage fighting with him. His nature wanted to rip the amuni apart, painfully. And to make a snack of the two bebes. His sister was a cruel creature. She always goaded him to be like her, a cannibal. She was a foul little demon. No, he wouldn't let her get her way. He would never be like her.
Ibasine was squirming at his feet. She wanted to help, but he knew the best thing to do was to not get in the way. Not to mention the safest. His massive black paw held back the young canine with ease.
"Woah little fellow." Makaeja picked up Iba and languidly trotted towards the chiroptae. He laid her down a few feet away from him. She limbed towards him and leaned to lick his wounds. "You were so brave, thank you for saving me. she smiled thankfully.
"Come, lets get shelter from the rain. Makaeja said irritably. He would discipline Iba later, but now he just wanted a dry spot to lay down. He motioned to the mosque and gave Iba a looked. "Will you join us?" he asked the young vampire mix.

In closing, Kaedaj would accept the hospitality of the pair. His rage was nearly all-consuming, near enough for him to do something foolish. But he would exert an amazing amount of self control, and pace behind the pair whilst using his folded torn wings as fore-legs.
(If you want to do another scene Silvertip, just let me know and we can start another thread for where they'd go to take shelter and whatnot. You can assume Vlaj'd follow them to whatever home or shelter they'd lead him to.)
