For all that he is the very persona of kindness amongst his own, Kaedaj has truly found a calling worthy of his murderous heritage in regard to the vibrantly-colored beasts below. He generously allows himself a bit of time to simply gloat, well out of reach of the canine and feline both. Perhaps the paler could leap up and grasp the ledge if she truly wished to- but such would be exceptionally foolhardy. The more vicious aspect of his joint types rouses as the prime-aged chiroptae glares down upon the wolfish amuni below, blood singing in his viens with a wanting cry for spilled blood. Already his vision seeps red about the edges- the familiar promise-type able still to provoke wordless wrath in the once-child he'd decided to assault.
"You, Sergej... you will suffer the most when I come to collect on what we owe you and yours. You and your pretty little Asima...." a hiss underlaying and half distorting near-whispered words, it'd be that much more of a shock as his volume roused next to that of a bellow. "I do not so easily forget! And I will sing over your bloodless corpse!"
His bit of theatrics done, it's with a launch into the air and a series of strong sweeps of wings that he removes himself from even that lofty perch. The gusts were enough to make already dangerous footing that much moreso- and a dive meant to antagonize the wolfish amuni kept neatly out of proper reach in the hope of goading him into an action that would indeed result in a tumble from the roof. Eerily the tar-black shiroptae sings to himself as he wheels overhead, finally drifting upon a warm thermal after the rather odd fellow he'd helped depart. Make no mistake that his blood boils still- but he hasn't such a loss of self-control yet as to persue the source of his rage.
Before terribly much time has passed, he does indeed along with his newest acquantance. Wings folding with a sharp snap, and his weight enough to bow the branch he chose for himself, he'll introduce himself. "Whoever you are and whyever you were there- that is a church best left to an army of our own. I have watched them for long and long." he'll tone, voice slightly deepened by the receeding frenzy. "I am Kaedaj." Prominant eyeteeth are no little hint to his heritage, though it's rather pointedly that the muscular youth fails to mention his surname.

Furl watched, twitching eyes hooded, as his companion yelled defiance at the colorful horde of hatred on the ground. In a way he thought that must be part of the reason why they all suffered so...
To not be able to fly...
He'd yet to see an Amuni that could take to the air. Sure he had heard of Chiroptae Amuni, but he had never actually seen one. His mind changed track as the majestic form took to the air, wings tearing through space like a thunderclap; so different from his own absence of sound when moving.
Damn it all...he was awestruck...
The branch to the left of him bent with the weight of the muscular form suddenly plied to its timber. Furl's eyes flickered constantly in his head, though his expressions were unaffected by the oddity. He smiled, teeth clenched around the stem of his pipe, and bowed.
"Good eventide, Kaedaj. I am but Ja'Kaefurl...though one such as yourself may refer to me as simply Furl, dear sir."
"Well doesn't he have a bearing about him... Noble descent, perhaps?"
The voice of Magog rang softly between Furl's temples. Their voices were never uttered to the air, never audible but to himself and those he taught to listen. Siche, Varyn, and Magog. His mind raced to keep up with the speed of their conversations, while his main line of thought remained focused on those outside of his mind.
"I like the look of him...I'm willing to bet our Lady would as well...we should invite him to her banquet."
"You don't even know what he's about, listen to him speak for a while... Then perhaps Furl will deign to grant him invite. You are too quick to judge, Siche...for good or ill."
"Oh quit you whining you damn larva. I know nobility when I see it, and I'm seeing it."
"For the love of Dark, shut it before I off the two of you."
Furl straightened again, eyes flickering about as he gazed over Kaedaj's form. Incredibly well muscled and fierce looking in stature...but...
His eyes suddenly snapped to a halt on the other's face, his eyes still gazing into those of Kaedaj.
But how kind he appeared.
Furl inclined his head yet again. "Forgive me good Keadaj, for troubling you. I knew not what it was I wandered into, I was simply exploring the territory. I cannot thank you enough for your timely arrival."
For a Carrion, his movements are smooth, his voice like thin silk. His wounds, though present are clean and smell faintly of blood...and strongly of soap. He only appears to actually be rotting if looked upon closely; the maggots were good for keeping most rot clean though, what the water didn't anyway.
"Might I inquire as to what it is you were doing in the bell tower? If not I understand entirely...but I was attempting to find out a few things about the Church of the infamous Kaerjius. I would endeavor to know more than his daughter was willing to impart."

For all that he's an odd one, Kaedaj certainly has an air of signifigance about him. And while the bloodthirsty tones of before had been sincere indeed- his tone carries now only the measured respect one would show any new euclides at an introduction. Unphased by those rotting wounds and soothed, if anything, by the tint of blood in the air... he's beyond accepting of his fellows.
"Furl, then." he'll agree to, upturned muzzle ducked briefly into a deferential nod. He's after all- not without manners. "I did not so much arrive as make myself seen. I have taken up residence within their belltower, and because the stairs that would give them access to the bells had rotted before they ever claimed that abandoned church- they have no way of knowing I am there. I use my view and the fine hearing so common to our breed well indeed, and I know much of their troubles, fears, and the pattern of their watches. I have declared a war upon this church and those within it... and all I lack to make their slaughter a reality is the support of others."
Now- for all that he aches to make this other an ally, he's more euclides than to assume he'll assist him. After all, they are by nature a back-biting lot.
"What can you offer me in exchange for this information? The value is high, for all that the demand is yet low. Then again- there's not a one besides you thus far that knows of my perch, and what I have to offer with thanks to it."

Furl smiled at this. A war with the Amuni? What an interesting idea...after the little display he'd just been given, he wasn't too sure he would be against such an idea...but then he thought about the others he'd met. Some Amuni were just as different as some Eulides...but... If it were just this Church.
Furl's eyes twitched madly back and forth in their sockets, though his expression remained pleasant, he inclined his head gently as the voices in his mind raged back and forth.
"What can I offer you? My dear sir...I can offer you an alligiance. I can offer you the chance that a Puppet Master and an entire Cast..." He trailed off for a second to tap the bulb of his pipe against a tree. "An entire Cats...and Court, may be at the ready to assist you in the destruction of these terrible creatures who discriminate so unfairly against those...who are not so different from them."
He felt the maggots voices inside of him cease abruptly as he said this. He had just offered up the services of his Lady...without consulting her...granted he had offered up the possibility of her services, but all the same... Bold, Furl...
"As for what I can offer you immediately for the information, I can offer you a place of refuge should you need it, and someone who will assist you if the need be." He bowed again, hoping that his meager offer would be enough to entice this odd Euclides to stay and further give information...or that he would at least take up the offer and drop by the Court...
"Either way, sir Kaedaj. Please stop by my Lady's party in three weeks time. It will be in the Park...and hard to miss, I'm certain that my Lady will be very pleased to make your acquaintance. You will be a welcome guest and I'm certain thst you will find others there who may share your feelings, it will be quite a large gathering..."

"I will be there." the chiroptae both abruptly decided and spoke at the same time, startling himself even with how rapidly he accepted the offer. Could he afford to turn it down, though? "I cannot turn aside such an offer, and so it is to you and your puppet master I will share the knowledge that I have acquired."Offering an eerily friendly sort of smile, rather than the more common twisted expression of most euclide, the chiroptae settled himself in preperation to take off again. "I hate to appear rude, but I must find a way back to my perch as promptly as possible. I am sure this concern will be taken to the pope himself, and I wish to hear his plans."It was a short meeting- but it was enough. Though the massive puppeteer promptly set the branch lurching as he launched his muscular bulk off, his new compatrot could certainly look forward to seeing him again. (Sorreh- felt like I needed to post once more to wrap it up ^_^
