Seeing as there's been interest in creating other Legacy critters, from people other than Mem, Mem would like to know if this forum should host a mini-market.
Only Legacy critters will be sold/auctioned/customed/exchanged/etc, as Mem doesn't want the market to be the main focus of the board. We'll have our own currency, and Mem will start a transactions thing for members to keep track of their stuff and what-not.
Mem, and anyone else making Legacy critters, are free to sell/adopt out their crits through any other market or means, of course ^^;;
So, what're you luffies thoughts on the MM?

I think it would be a good idea, the only drawback is that there might not be a chance for new adopters to arrive. But seeing as others are allowed to sell the Legacy creatures outside the board, that could take care of it ^_^

ok because I am clueless and dumb and kindof lazy to look around...what are Legacy creatures o.O
I like the idea and all but I have no idea what they are and I probably do but I just never heard of legacy creatures>.<;;

ohhhh ok that site wasn't working for a while o.O.....if I could actually keep up with something like that I would give it a shot though I am not sure I could keep up with that or draw that well XD but I would think it be cool to see a market up and such.
but one thing if there was sells and such and not everyone took up a legacy critter so they couldn't increase the (money what ever you would have planned) how would it work with that o.O cause I really don't think everyone would get a legacy creature but would want one and such>.<(i hope you understand what I am saying^^;; )

alrighty then^^ that sounds pretty good with me cause I know I probably won't go for a legacy critter for a long time...maybe when I can draw and come up with information and such^^;;
and you know your site doesn't like me that much>.< it works for like a while then it says it is currently unavalible>.>;;

hmm, Zelda brought up a good point: Not everyone would sell, but most everyone would want to buy. So I'd recommend an Orchard Message Post type thing? If you know what the Orchard is...
Possibly hold draws and contests instead of buying and selling. That way no money/currency would be needed, and new members could easily come and join in, and not everyone would have to have their own Legacy creature to adopt out to make money to buy.
On a side note, I wanted to know if this idea would work at all for a Legacy creature. Would Fear be an acceptable theme? So all the types would be Phobias, and each creature would have a specific fear. I though about the Elements of the Periodic Table, but I'm already working with the Earth Dogs, soo...

ET is already a bit like the Orchard, in that it holds draws and contests to gain zee critters ^^ I'm trying to expand it a bit, see what people are interested in and all.
Fear sounds spectacular...with all the phobias. Oh squee, I'd -love- to see that done ^^

It is a bit like the Orchard, haha. I kinda like draws better since you don't have to use money and what not, that way you can't run out and not be able to get anything....
Haha, I've started working with the idea. There are so many Phobias.... and I can only choose 90, lol!

this is bad XD I can see the site once more and I a looking over the information and there are things I would like to do just coming up with the idea's for the blasted things would kill me, but yet it would be fun and annoying, though I wouldn't be sure with information and such but I would have drawing ideas>.<...hmm Mem how long would you reserve a theme? because if I can come up with drawing ideas first I should be able to come up with information and such..and also I would have a few hundred questions to ask about that as well XD
